Since the game is already late, I see no reason why to wait even more... I don't know if I'll be there tonight, so I have to do the updating as soon as I get a little time to do it... and I got some time now, and the site has been updated:

June 2005:

Vlad Antlerkov sabotaged Skanky Burns’ propaganda orders with success, while he sent 2 nukes towards Mr. Burns, and hit the cities Utah & China. Sandman decleared war on DrSpike as he ‘stole’ his city Helsinki. DrSpike didn’t make any counter-attack, but instead he built the city Monotony, to cover up for his loss. And while Sheep was sleeping GeneralTacticus took the city Jerusalem back from Sheep.

I agree with Spikie - propaganda is the main unbalancing force. It is equal to nuking an enemy, as well as two turns worth of building a city. Plus with nukes you have the option of bunkering down or deflecting, while similar mechanisms don't exist for propaganda.

Governments are possibly too difficult to balance, while we know the original rules work well.

July 2005:

The city Justintime was built at the beginning of the month, by DrSpike. Shortly after his city NerfDemo was taken by propaganda by Sandman. Skanky Burns sent two nukes towards Vlad, but because of Vlad's deflecting abilities, he managed to deflect one of the nukes back to Skanky. Vlad lost the city Piraeus , while Skanky lost Lithium. GeneralTacticus trained a new spy. While Sheep was sleeping his beautysleep, his city Chopsu became desserted.

If you miss a turn (No-matter if they're in a row or not), you'll lose some cities:

# of turns missed:	Consequenses:
1:			nothing
2:			You’ll lose one city this round
3:			You’ll lose two cities this round
4:			---------you’re got Wasted--------

You can't build cities two turns in a row... don't want to see this turn into a city-building game...

August 2005:

Skanky Burns trained a spy, while Vlad was deflecting incoming nukes. DrSpike tried to build a city, but failed because Sandman was sabotaging him… At the end of the month, something interesting happened: Sandman sent two nukes towards DrSpike’s cities Justintime and Haifa, which both was nuked to the ground. And since Sheep still haven’t woken up from his sleeping spree, he lost the city Sheep Springs.
