But I did not retaliate, hence he has no justification for nukes, which can only be sent after you have either been nuked or had propaganda used *against* you.

Ehhm... no, the rule was if a Demo used Prop against someone else, there were officially decleared war between those two...

September 2005:

Sandman sent two nukes towards DrSpike, who lost both his cities. Vlad used some propaganda on Sandman, who lost the city Equality. Skanky Burns did the same against Sandman, and succesfully got the city Copenhagen . Sheep, who's still sleeping, lost the city Lambston, while GeneralTacticus lost the city Jerusalem .

Vlad Antlerkov starts the month nuking Sandman, who was deflecting Towards Skanky Burns. Skanky Burns lost his Spy, who was spying on Sandman. Sandman lost Fraternity, while Skanky Burns lost Pavesia City. Skanky used propaganda on Sandman and got the city NerfDemo, while GeneralTacticus rebuilds Jerusalem. Sheep lost the city Radsu, because of his lack of paying attention.
