OOC: BTW, each system is worth 500 credits, but you take 2,000 at the beginning and multiply it by .30 to find your military budget.
IC:
A LONG TIME AGO IN A GALAXY FAR, FAR, AWAY...
"Private, prepare for combat."
"Yes, sir."
The automations began driving into the system like a knife through butter. There was no way the Rebels could stop the massive onslought on their home system. Their speeders tried to knock out their ground defenses, but the Anti Aircraft modules were too abundant.
The Rebels contacted the Eurillian system, their 2nd HQ. They told them to get the support from various systems. In the next month, there were about 200 systems warring with the Empire of Stars.
Soon, underground movements began, even on the Empire's home system - Tryful. The movements proved that the Rebels were not people to be messed with and dealt with lightly. In came various soldiers from the Rebels: about 3 million mobile infantry aided with a few Corps of hovertanks were able to capture the Emperor. When the Rebels threatened to kill the Emperor, the Empire put down their arms and fled the systems, who had also begun underground movements.
The Revolution had been successful.
400 years later...
It is After the Revolution, AR, and all the systems involved in the war have disbanded their entire military, and have begun a restart in the colonization and settlement of the systems they once knew as home. The systems of Eurillion and Tryful were neutral states, and no leader would ever rule them. Various groups of systems begin to combine their powers and resources into what they call their space empire, something that would live throughout the galaxy for years to come. These empires are now beginning to appear, diplomatic relations are reappearing, and weapons of war are being built.
Which empire will you command...

THE IMPERIAL TRADE FEDERATION
In the galaxy, a new empire has formed...
The system of Aluin was where the empire began. A young Darth, named Eurill, began to make the Trade Federation a place where people would want to live. He began implanting underground transportation, factories to produce great weapons of war in the future, industrial complexes in every size. The young Darth Eurill was an enthusiastic one, a brilliant one, and one not meant to mess with in the Imperial Crown. Soon, three outlying systems were eager to join the Empire. The system of Tru'el (Tru-eal) was the first to join. This system is rich in resources, including the various metals needed for the military and other constructions in the Empire. It also had a rich forestland where the people lived in technological mansions. The second system to join was Duijton (D-we-t-hon). This system had a large population and the unique part was the underwater cities in the oceans, and the beautiful free landscape that the Empire would soon colonize. The last system to join the Empire was Murille (Mur-ill). This system was known for one of its planets which was a vast desert. This planet, called Treidure was known for the gambling contained in it and the loyal-to-the-empire pirates and bounty hunters that would only do tasks for the Darth himself. The other systems had large populations and different languages, races of people, and rich resources.
However, one week ago, Darth Eurill died, leaving an election. Recently elected in the council was Darth Imperous, a man known for his intelligence and his great ancestor who fought with the Rebels and won the title of the greatest general in the Rebel Powers.
Now, he began his construction...
GOVERNMENT
This government is called an Imperium Galactica government.
Only the Imperial Empire can have this government.
This governemnt is ruled by a dictator, otherwise called a DARTH.
The DARTH has an assistance party called the Imperial Council.
The DARTH has two parties underneath it that he discusses treaties of war, economics, and other issues with. These two parties are the Imperioni and the Galactrai parties.
In the Imperial Council is the following:
Speaker of the Council.
Military councilman.
-Army Advisor
-Fleet Advisor
Treasury councilman.
-Empire Economics Advisor
-Trade Advisor
Foreign councilman.
-Foreign Policy Advisor
-Foreign Relations Advisor
-Bounty Hire Advisor
Industrial councilman.
-Pollution Advisor.
-Building Advisor.
OTHER COUNCILMEN SUBPARTY
This subparty consists of 50-100 people, all of them dealing with other council issues not stated above.
The Imperial Empire has open foreign relations, so we will be glad to hear any proposals.

The Foundation has been formed by the systems of Brigadoon, El Dorado, Atlantis, and Shangri-La. (Every legend has its basis in fact.) The Foundation is a democratic governemt system, led by the Supreme Council.
The first elections held in the Foundation led to the election of Council Leader Jonathon Casee and the sixteen members of the Council. They have all taken the pledge to preserve, protect, and defend the Foundation Code, and are gathering at the capital of Primus on Shangri-la. Further info is forthcoming.

The Coffee Shop Confederation was an alliance of four systems, each with such diverse populations that it would be impossible to measure. The Confederation was built on trade, it's single goal was to make money to better the lives of its citizens. The four systems of the Confederation were Coffee Shop Prime(the capital system), Coffee Shop System #1, Coffee Shop System #2, and Coffee Shop System #3.
Government: Democratic Confederation
Executive: Chairman Mao, and 4 Magistrates, one from each system

Before, during, and even after the great war, the city worlds of Euron and Alastair had quietly expanded their control over two virgin systems, Gnash and Hawtorn...
Euron, with 4 habitable planets, all covereed by massive cities, naturally began to take precedence over Alastair, which while having 5 habiable planets, only two had planet covering cities... the other were mining and farming colonies...
Now, these two city-states, once independent entities, have combined themselves into the Duraii Empire...
The new government was a council system, headed by the Chancellor (as an Imperial title would be inciting to the public).
The goals of teh Duraii are peaceful expansion...

Citizen Ariadne Augusta soared through the warm, blue-violet skies of Concord, the clean wind running across her wings and over her skin. Finally, after centuries of wandering through the galaxy like nomads to save themselves and their culture from the depradations of the Empire of Stars, the proud Peregrine species had finally returned to their ancestral home.
Two kilometers below, the sprawling metroplex of Avalon was an awe-inspiring place of graceful spires, looking more sculpted than built, reached for the skies like the Tower of Babel. From her vantage point, Ariadne could see people flitting through the air from one skyscraper to the next, and the teeming masses browsing through the great open-air marketplaces which filled the pedestrian throughfares, a callback to the Peregrines' heady past. As Ocula Dea, the Eye of the Goddess, rose above the horizon, it bathed the markets in a warm, golden light.
The Government Center loomed before her, a monumental struture that had been severely damaged when the Empire had launched their bombardment of Concord. Its once-great majesty was marred by scars, pockmarks and great slabs of rock simply missing. Scaffolding covered the damaged sections, with crews hard at work at restoring the place. Even after nearly half a century, the Center barely resembled the wonderful edifice recorded in the history books.
Ariadne felt a bit of trepidation. All four worlds of the Peregrine Confederacy had voted her to guide them through the turbulent times which certainly would follow. A government spanning stars, billions of people looking up to her for guidance. Ariadne was unsure how she would perform.
Fate would soon give her the opportunity to find out.
------------
Name of Government: Peregrine Confederacy
Form of Government: Representative Democracy, though the leader (known only as Citizen) merely guides the government and takes care of trade or military issues which concern the entirety of the Confederacy. All four planets are semi-autonomous.
Current Leader: Citizen Ariadne Augusta (THIS PICTURE SHOULD WORK)
Homeworld: Concord
Colony Worlds: Fulminia, Serena, Tranquilita
Goals: Peregrines are notable scholars and explorers. They maintain a small but efficient military, preferring instead to funnel their money into lifting the veil from uncharted portions of the galaxy. The Great Library of Concord, saved from the Imperial onslaught, is one of the most extensive sources of pre-Revolution texts available.

5,000 years ago, the Ki-Maja were a powerful race. Thousands upon thousands of the ships overwhelmed any opponent the encountered. until the came across Higi'ria. The planet was beautiful beyond the wildest dreams of those who first encountered it and was apparently uninhabited. But such a beautiful world was uninhabited for a reason. Higi'ria was home to the Hazor, the scourge of life. The Hazor were a microscopic race that inhabited and destroyed the bodies of whatever it encountered. The surveyors of Higi'ria were infected without their knowledge and spread the Hazor across the Ki-Maja dominion. For 4,500 years the Ki-Maja battled the Hazor, by killing those infected at first and later with ever more sophisticated medicines.
When the Hazor plague was eliminated, the Ki-Maja had lost all but 50 million of their kind and possession of every world except the Homeworld, Maja, and the demon planet Higi'ria, where millions had attempted to flee the Hazor. Higi'ria had been cleared of the Hazor by the powerful Ki-Maja medicines and once again was seen as a world of unlimited beauty and potential. Maja, however, was devastated, rotting corpses littered its gentle landscape. When the Ki-Maja went to clean Maja they discovered something incredible. They shared only 45% of their DNA with the Ki-Maja of before. The 5 thousand year struggle had evolved the Ki-Maja to a new plane. It had made them stronger, smarter, and turned them into beings of pure energy. The Ki-Maja now shared a permanent link between them and every other Ki-Maja. Now the Ki-Maja once again looked to the stars, ready to ascend to their rightful place in the cosmos.
Race: Ki-Maja
Type: Beings of Pure Energy
Appearance: The Ki-Maja look like a glowing white, almost transparent, squid. Manipulate their enviroment through telepathy.
Technology: The Ki-Maja are no longer as advanced as they were. After 5,000 years they must rediscover their old knowledge.
Government: Those who have performed great deeds are sometimes named Prime or leader. A Prime serves for life or until he retires. The Prime is assisted by the Council of 7, who make most of the decisions.
Worlds: Maja and Higi'ria
Other info: The Ki-Maja have had no contact with any other nations for 5,000 years. The have only recently begun building weapons starting with the Planetary Guardians.

Robert Marks looked out the window at the huge city of Albion...the largest city in the universe...and probably the ugliest also. Oh well, Marks thought. If I want beauty, I'll go to the Peregrine worlds. If I want hard work done, I'll come back home. Albion was definetly the hardest working planet-city in the known universe, and by most accounts, the largest. In a war I would be much safer with the great factories of Albion then the great palaces of Concord, he thought. Not that anyone would want to attack Concord-worthless as far as industry goes, and attacking the peaceloving Peregrines would bring a whole league of empires aiming for his head.
No, he would keep the Confederation out of any war for the time being...except if those rumors about the Ki-Maji proved true. He figured the squids would probably die easy....
Name of Government: Confederate Union of Delia
Form of Government: Confederation. Each system has a good deal of autonomy, constitution similar to former CSA.
Current Leader: President Robert Jacobs
Capitol System/World: Albion
Colony Systems: Anslaag, Industria, and Richmond
Goals: The Delians have the strongest industrial base in the universe. They intend to maintain and increase that advantage, while using it to gain new systems.

Gibstar walked through the latest laboratory he was inspecting. This was the same lab that, fourteen cycles ago, invented the biological "Shells", used by the Preteon military, as well as important members of the society, to bolster the Preteon people from short, one-metre tall weaklings, into substantially larger humanoids who now resonated with power. With this invention, there was nothing that the Preteon could not do (OOC: yes, a boast).

From the ruins of war, the Necrontyr rise from the Y-class planet Necron. War was common on Necron, recently biological warfare. The many tribes of Necron were at constant war, for that was the only life they ever knew. Te tribes would fight for land, food, power or whatever interested them. They did remember one thing from their past life as a civilized race. The ancient Necrontyr, their mythical predecessors. The Necrontyr were supposed to be a very advanced, but strange race of demonic rock-men, or silicon based life to the learned men of the world. They were so deeply rooted in he memory of the tribes that they had to be real, yet their existence had been reduced to a children's fairy tale. Then the day of dread came upon Necron. The scientists of the Malakari had created a weapon the would cause death of massive proportion. They had created a mysterious device found in newly discovered ancient texts. This would summon the Necrontyr from their enternal slumber and supposedly grant the summoners the title as their masters. That very day the device was powered in an ceremony to tyhe masses of the Malakari. Suddenly a huge beam of pink light erupted from the small box, heading directly for the sun. At tha very momnet, the evil that was hidden from the universe awoke in four systems. In a few hours, 13 planets were conqered by the ancient demons from the past. On Necron itself, a creature over 400 feet tall arose from the earth, leading the assualt against the many tribes. They did not have a chance. Once conquest was completed, the creature settled down into the ground as a mountain and the Necrontyr emperor, still able to speak the ancient language of the necrontyr. The demons began to raise their ancient space-faring vessels and established contact between all their planets and began their rise to onquest once again.
Name of Goverment: The Necrontyr have no name for their goverment other than their own
Type of Goverment: Empire
Ruler: Emperor Tzyg-kan
Homeworld: Necron
The description of all thirteen planets and systems will be given later.

Another bolt of lightning lanced out of the ether, striking Fulminia's surface with primordial fury. Nearby, energy collectors looked expectantly to the skies, like worshippers anticipating a gift from the Goddess. Ethereal crackles jumped and hopped through the churning, cloud-filled sky, every so often accepting the invitation and leaping headlong into the collectors, to be sent to bring light to an otherwise dismal planet.
Andromache Audacia hated Fulminia, unable to fathom why the Peregrines would even try to settle a world such as this. Sure, it was green and verdant... once every hundred and fifty days when the cloud cover broke and the rain stopped. In between, it was a muddy, wetsoaked quagmire, fit only for getting people wet really fast. The lightning was the only thing that really kept people from heading to Concord or Tranquilita, the promise of cheap, unpolluting energy that virtually eliminated the need for standard power plants. Fulminia's economy depended on the nineteen energy farms deployed in its most storm-wracked zones.
If Andromache was successful today, there would be eighteen energy farms dotting the surface of Fulminia.
---------------------
In the past century or so, the Confederacy Starshield had been elevated to a semi-divine status by many Peregrines. The stories of its valor during the Rebellion, driving back Imperial fleets with mere squadrons of ships, risking everything to defend the defenseless. For hundreds of years the Peregrines had had no need for the Starshield, with the galaxy quiet and uneventful.
However, Citizen Ariadne realized that to exist without a Starshield was to sign a written invitation to blow the Confederacy into dust. Fortunately, her predecessor followed the same mode of thinking, and had begun the first, tentative steps to reconstructing the Starshield as well as the Airshield, the planetary-based wing of the Confederacy's defense.
Now, arrayed on the airfields at the Icarus Center, sat one of the most glorious things Ariadne had ever seen. Its silver hull gleamed in the light of Ocula Dea and reflected the white shine of the smaller Gemma Dea, the Jewel of the Goddess. The artisans had certainly earned their pay after crafting this latest masterpiece. Indeed, it looked almost organic, with a partvitude of straight lines or tight corners. This was a ship that reeked of speed.
At its bow was the stylized shield filled with stars that the Confederacy Starshield used as its emblem. Below it, in the looping, graceful letters of the Peregrine alphabet, was the name of the ship inscribed. Athena Nike. Ariadne thought it was a good name.
Of course, Athena Nike was not yet ready for its maiden flight. After centuries of neglect, even with their great skill in these matters, Peregrine engineers were still perfecting many facets of its technology. Its hull lay in the light of the sun like a tanning snake, patiently waiting until the day when she could finally burst forth into the heavens.
Ariadne, in the meantime, was filled with anticipation. When that goes up, she mused, I'm gonna be on it.

Andread walked through the big silver doors and into the end of the hallway. In bright red Delian letters "ACCESS RESTRICTED" was printed. Ugliest fukkin letters I've ever seen, Andread thought. Maybe when this was all over I can do something about that. Nah, they work, and they're logical. Andread thought much like the typical Delian-if it works, and it's logical, don't bother with it. He put in his Level 1 priority card-he hoped it would work. If not, that hacker was going to die. It worked. If Andread knew more about Delian security systems, he'd know that it was he who going to die.
No fake priority card had ever worked, and it is doubtful if one ever would. Andread passed through the door, and he took a shot to his head.
"Clean up that blood, Mr. van der Leek. That's disgusting."
"Yes sir."
There would be no coup in the CUD-at least not one by Andread.

Without warning, the compund exploded into light. Led by Council Leader Casee, Foundation Security Forces circled the intruders and ordered them to surrender. The intruder leader looked at his men, and nodded.

When viewed from a distance the Planet Maja looked like it had rings circling the entire planet at the equator. When one got closer, it became apparent that the rings were artificial. In fact the rings were the millenia old "Stars of Forever" shipyards. During the Hazor plague the shipyards had been abandoned as construction of new ships was meaningless if the Ki-Maja could not defeat the Hazor. But 300 years ago, the process of restoring the shipyard to its former glory had been begun. The Hazor that still inhabited the years were not killed with medicines but captured and stored. It was recognized that the Hazor could be a potent biological weapon.
The Shipyards had by now been 95% rebuilt and had already started building massive amounts of ships. The shipyards had berthing space for over 1,000,000 ships of various sizes and had been the sole yard for the Ki-Maja dominion back in the imperial days. At this time few warships were being constructed. Only explorers and personal transports for the 50 million Ki-Maja still surviving were being constructed for now.
Meanwhile the Council of 7 and the Prime, who was known was Draco Sigmanius Gaius Pomerius or Sigma for short, had taken up residence in the hundred millenia old Chamber of Eternity in the city Chazanor. The Chamber was a building of exquisite beauty with tall spires and regal arches. Constructed of cystalline materials the Chamber like most other Ki-Maja buildings shimmered in the mid day sun.
Newer Ki-Maja buildings like the Octagon in Nankros were made of organic materials and were by all definitions alive but immobile. The Octagon was where all Ki-Maja military concerns were handled and homes home to War Leader Octavius Hamerious Viaus Boldus III, the Ki-Maja military leader.
Vistors to Maja and moreso to Higi'ria would notice the incredible lack of workers. With a population of just 50 million workers were scarce. Some buildings were constructed by Robot automatons but the vast majority of buildings were simply grown. Ki-Maja buildings therfore had the apperance of being born not built with sleek curves and tapered ends.
The Ki-Maja were a race that did not reproduce quickly. For those reasons and the lack of Ki-Maja the life of a single Ki-Maja was of pivotal importance. Ki-Maja knew, by their psychic link, when one of their kind was killed and by whom. And they usually responded to a death with an insane genocidal campaign. Such would be the fate of the aggresive race know as the Mhadoras. But that is for another chapter in the eternal Ki-Maja saga.

Gibstar walked into the "Scientific Expansion Room" of the command laboratory of Pray, the Preteon Capitol. Fellow scientists, and even a few of the military advisers turned upon his entrance. As was custom, Gibstar was in his synthetic biological shell, dwarfing his subordinates accordingly.
One of the scientists spoke up, "We have located a solar system with limited technological life. This planet is inhabited by humanoid creatures, larger than ourselves. There is some form of society, but nothing as superior as ourselves."
"Excellent," replied Gibstar. "We can use this planet and it's life-forms in a manner befitting their inferiority. Take 200 synthwarriors, and destroy their Prime habitat to test them - both our troopers, and the aliens. If they manage to kill any of our soldiers, they will be worthy of life. If not, then bring as many back as possible, for manual labour and genetic experiments. That is all."
Within two days, a starship transport left Pray, and headed for the alien system.

First Trilarian Race Report
And the first Trilarian colony ship lifted up from the orbit of Trilar Prime, the eternal homeworld of the Trilarians. It was leaving to search a fifth home for this race of aquatics, to expand their space needed for habitation.
===============
Race Overview: Trilarians
The Trilarians are a aquatic race, originating from the water-covered world of Trilar Prime. Their bodies consist of a gel-like, nearly transparent substance, allowing them to mask themselves perfectly among liquids. They have been capable of interstellar travel for a long time, but they acquired technology needed for interplanetary colonization a very small time ago, due to their abnormal requirements of climate.
Trilarians have a strange ability, possible caused by colonization of their homeworld by an advanced race centuries ago; they can bend space using strong mental waves, thus creating stabile climates for interstellar travel. This allows Trilarian vessels to travel with a faster speed than those commanded by races lacking this capability.
===============
Military Overview
Trilarian military forces are greatly medium-size ship-based, and often lack any kind of strong ground forces, due to the semi-aquatic constitution of their bodies. Trilarians are a peaceful race by nature, but if they use orbital bombardment, it is often made with horrifying biochemical weaponry. Their ships are often covered with genetically engineered bio-mass that may attach itself to other ships, thus causing blackouts. Trilarian weaponry is based on the idea of disabling enemy ships. The primary ship classes used by Trilarians are Birostris-class frigates, Valar-class cruisers and Ultramarines-class standard carriers. Exact technical facts will arrive in my future reports.
===============
Location
The Trilarian Aqua-Coalition consists currently of two colonies in the Trilar world, one in the nearby Tau Aquarius world, and one in the Beta Aquarius world. Trilarians have access to very complicated climatical change technology, so they may "aquatize" a world in decades if necessary by lifting its overall temperature.
