GC- Can you edit your military post? I think you copied it twice, and it is taking a while to download.
As for NBC, I was thinking small tactical nukes, chemical weapons, and a bio-bomb or two. But, the consequences for use would be horrendous. Both diplomatically and on the home front. And, you never know what might happen if you use a chem weapon. It just might blocw back in your face.

Not that it matters, the Russian fleet is rusting away in port. There is no money to do anything with the military. Russia is rather impotent. It will be years (realistically) before he will be able to really do anything.
I say we get started soon, and in a new thread.
