Lows: My nightmare working in at a Hagwon I hated in Korea. Upset my timeline of planes for further education, etc.

Highs: Travelled across Canada, thought a lot about how and in what way I want to teach foreign English.

NEVER AGAIN at some fly-by-night hagwon with incompetant management, no support, and bratty kids who don't want to be there.

From now on, I don't care about the money or the hours, just the attitudes, and that means adults and private lessons only.

Why do something you're not happy with?

....well I've been polishing my Silly Walk but....

no it means in what kind of setting and to what kind of audience.

Spoiled brats+incompetant managers+no communication+kids=no

adults+university students+kids who really want to learn English in an intimate settings (i.e. Private Lessons)=yes

Also: universities and 6 month contracts are in.

Which pretty much means China in all probability.

High: July 2003 - Several moments in Athens and various other places in Greece (Delphi, Olympia, Corinth, Santorini, etc.)

Low: Mid December 2003 - All female prospects disappear over the course of a week due to really really REALLY awful situations that arose. Finals week kicks my ass. 2 weeks of nearly all sleepless nights. When I am sleeping, it's for 2 hours at a time during the most odd hours. Complete and utter exhaustion.
