What about blankets? If you wear a big stack of blankets long enough, they'll stop being cold, andthey'll become at your body's temperature.
Also, make sure you eat enough so that your body stays warm. And avoid strong alcohol: it gives the impression that you're warmer, but in reality it reduces body temperature, as the heat of your body goes to the surface (hence the warm feeling)
