Damn, those drunken fisherman.

They never do what they say they will do. i warned them many times to leave their guns at home. But what do they do those puto's, never trust the scruvy fisherman. I mean what's the big deal, they come back here telling me that they got drunk and got tired of this stupid horse that kept checking out their favoirite fishing hole. Then a couple others got some loco idea that this other boat belonging to some russians was catching all the fish and well they somehow started shooting a warning shot, and accidently sunk it.

What can I say, bunch of drunken tequilla swilling slime balls on boats. What do real men from mexico know about boats?

A little late statement from the Jamaican Government.

We are pleased to see, that the Russians may have some trouble on other locations than finding a seat along the Jamaican bar....

Kingston Bar has closed - the owner went bankrupt and had to close it down by himself as the foreing visitors "forgot" to pay - both for their un-limitied drinking parties as for the famous French Hoares (the latter made a sit-down strike, which undoubtly convinced the Russian Babarians to find another place to plunder).

This evening, The Proud Jamaican Armed Forces used all the power, that the Jamaican Scientists and skilled labour have worked years to invent and produce. The Russian casualties were high.

The Minister of Defence promised to be able to provide new advances every 6-7 year just as in the past, where the Russian Hoardes was nothing but a joke (except for the Americans ). But we shall see, things might go faster if........

Outdated advances such as knowledge to build fighters was passed on (well, the Russians stole it by themselves.... but).

Out of "telling a history": I had to replay the start of the game some 15-20 turns(!) until I found the "right" way to defeat a stack of 8 Russian units without having the game to crash (all 5 pikes HAD to killed at the first attack, else... game-crash) The "price" was at least 2 units (2 fighters and 2 marines were used to soften the pikes before a successful attack could be made).

I have seen that before, latest in a head-to-head fight with Blackice, but I have no explanation, neither had he.

All walls that divide people and all roads that unite them must be torn down, betwen encinitas and your cities to the south.

This area should be a fly only zone. Not a no fly zone.
Flying in the fly-only-zone will be only single fighters of either russian or american build. No Jamaican fighters allowed.

No new cities, either russian or american may be built in the fly only zone. The fly only zone includes the entire width of the pennisula between encinitas and your nearest russian built city. Your troup pull back should be to within 1 square of that nearest city.

Encinitas will be returned to the Americans.

In addition, sea travel beyond the channels east and west of the big island between our lands is forbidden. Likewise the Americans promise not to venture north of those channels. This will be similar to the pre-war stance of our many fishing boats, and your single fishing boat which was inadvertently sunk by drunken fishermen. The sea embargo goes for submarines as well as boats.

We invite russian settlements on the island to begin an experiment of peaceful coexist with American settlements. And we hope to forget the many past differences as we face the new tommorrow with hope and determination.

Agreed without exception. As you can see I have begun withdrawing my troops (and there is a great traffic jam southwest of Encinitas!!). I will pillage all fortifications and roads in the area of Encinitas and south to the Tblisi River.

Although it appears that I attacked the Bad last time, this was only the peaceful occupation of Encinitas that was graciously handed over by the departing Russian Army. Certain local country folk of Encinitas sounded an alarm, not being aware of the 2nd Encinitas Accord.

It seems like breaking up roads behind the russians is considered as an act of war too.

So either the russians have to clean the nature themself or we have a "cold war" for 4-5-6 turns more while we are doing the job.
