	Sim City 3000 Got spare money?

Would anyone be interested in taking turns building a city? (ie I play for 10 years then makes the save available for download, then someone else plays for ten years and makes the save available for download, etc)

I know we've tried this before but most of you said wait for SC4, well I forgot to get it so its still SC 3000

The "U" is Unlimited. Basically it has more building styles, Asian and European i think and some other extras.

Ive got SC3K "World Edition", the Euro version of SC3KU and it works both ways.

If you got SC4 I would... In the case of SC4 though people could manage their own city, we'd just be neighbors in the same county and link the towns together... That might be fun.

I don't think that the overal quality of the graphics is bad- I played the game for weeks after it came out. What turned me away is the colors and control layout- the game nearly looks as if it has been illustrated. The colors are weak, the tool bar 'bubbly' and those neverending cat news stories ......

Also, Winrar covers zip formats. My only complaint is that it seems to have a timer on how long the file stays up, so I end up having to download a lot of my files again.
Anyway, I'll play it as soon as I'm done installing rush hour

Glorious Mayor Tassadar Administration Comes to an End
Glorious Comrade Mayor Leader Tassadar, whom has brung our city great wealth, must now step down and let some pitiful mayor come up.

Major events include:
-The erection of St. Basils Cathedral (Ye who dare to demolish it shalt feel my wrath)
-The renaming of some city to Tassagrad
-A large monetary reserve (Normally it stayed down, but I thought that during the last year I would build nothing, so that the next mayor has some spreading-around money)
-The toxic cloud of 1919 (Did not do major damage, only 6 industrial tiles and a small section of road, completly repaired)
-Maximum Security Prison built (Money!!!)
-Power expanded (Upgrade 1 power facility to the...other one, and build another one)
-Population expansion
-Schooling expansion
-Renaming the ballpark.
-Building of 3 new water pumping facilities.
-Building of Haunted Whatever.
-Building of Mayor House.
-Building of glorious statue.
-Building of a museum.
-Raising taxes - Nobody seems to care too much except for that damned Below Average Bowlers league. If it were up to me they would be reeducated to find my policies more acceptable.
-Introduction of parking fines. It is punishment for their continued whining.

I'm having a ton of trouble with pollution. Beware!

My critique:
-Not too much. The city was pretty ugly when it started, and its still pretty ugly. The industrial sector is bordering the residential area, which concerns me but I have not the money to move it. The city is doing well overall, with financial health being great. The population is growing quickly, and there isn't much room to grow in.
Traffic is a major issue which has never died down (except once in 1914, I believe), because of lack of technologies.
I consider it a very darling city Wreck it at your own peril

Oh yes. Obviously extract this to your city folder. Typically:

YOURDRIVE:\Program Files\Maxis\SIMCITYFOLDER\Cities\

Here it is. I'd prefer it to go to MrMitchell.

Dont spend all my money
Also, power is going to be a major concern for the next few administrations, I think. The useage continues to go up and up, so make sure I don't have to take any loans or anything like that
Also, keep the pollution away from the "High Desire" area that I'm trying to create over near the residential area. Instead expand industry in the other direction.
ALSO....Space is going to become an issue really soon. We need a lot of money for terraforming. A lot.
(Whos bright idea was it to have a huge, honking mountain the middle? )

And how dare you rename my statue! It was given to me by the PEOPLE for my glorious work in turning Poly Town into a paradise. Whatever you do, however, if you even touch St. Basils Cathedral I will have your head.

When I first started it I was actually going to put St. Basils in the middle of the industry. But then I decided to be nice.
