Briefly, omniscience dictates the actions of everybody, thing, and subatomic particles in this universe until The End. There is no freewill -- and there never will be -- if there was/is/will be a being with omniscience.

Under that logic, there is no disincentive to sin. Either the apparently sinful actions are divenely guided (and therefore not a sin), or the sinning individual is already inevitably damned so further sins make no difference.

That logic caused the formation of some rather murderous cults in medieval times.
