Peace on Earth! RP have made peace with GoW and ND.

Banking has devalued by trade and needs only a single scientist to complete next turn - which will net us 267g next turn for a total of nearly 400g.

GS are second in Pop, GNP, Mfg, Literacy, Income and productivity.

wow... 1 scientist only? is that 3 teams already having it, or would 2 besides us be enough? it's at least a 25% drop...

It doesn't look like we're far behind, so that's okay. Lego will go for econ now after banking, we can go for physics, swap with GoW, see if ND is researching something we want, and we stay in the race. The 40 turns before steam will be too high an estimate, though...

ergh... the 40 tuns might be too much, meaning that if we can secure us an ally who would want to research electricity for us, we might need to start prebuilding on the ToE very soon. Tricky, I know...

Yes, Deepo, it's a headache alright. Without knowing exactly where we stand with the others (and they'll make sure we don't), we can't time the prebuild. Our only hope is that the others don't know quite they stand with each other either, so can't time their prebuild either.

Another question for this turn is Bolderberg. We can get 10spt and stable food by irrigating a grassland and using both mnts.

It can finish the temple this turn, or press on towards Magellans. I think RP started Nav on the turn we started the temple, which would take us to 400 shields the turn before they get Nav, but we could stall it for a turn. Building the temple first would see Magellans 3 turns later, but would lower the risk of disorder / starvation if we lost a lux.

I think I favour finishing the temple, but if we lost Magellan by a turn it would be sickening.
