Thats an interesting element of this game. We ALL have so many possible plans and schemes going that there is so much noise that it is often impossible to tell what is real and unreal. Maybe we need another war so we can get another AAR. . Maybe its too soon, then again....., though if I become emperor again that might be a dead give away that we're in for some slowing down of this fast game.

If anyone from RP Team mentions in this thread or elsewhere the specifics of how we got the leak before the end of the game, I'm going to be rather upset with them.

Just a friendly reminder.

That said, it's been enjoyable telling you guys what we CAN about the leaks. This was far from the only one, but as I've said, it was very very hard to tell what were leaks and what were "leaks". We know that we periodically sent out "leaks" along with the inevitable leaks, so we assumed that others were doing likewise.

In terms of specifics, I'm not going to discuss that. It's WAY too early for that. It will make the end-game more interesting, though.

Not to throw fuel on the fire, but my sense is that there have been many more leaks than discussed. "Private communications" and "this is just between us'es" and passed along rumors and innuendos.

As observed though, just like in RL, the problem becomes one of vetting what is real and what is not, what is meant to be true and what is purposeful disinformation.

But in and amongst all that, there are outright and purposeful leaks, whether the teams like it or not... don't kid yourselves otherwise.
