Add 4 workers to Diss - now size 11
Add 1 worker to Blizzard - now size 11
worker from nr blizzard to Sandstorm-8
disband 2 galleys into OG
irrigate Diss-3, can now use extra mnt for 15spt!!
More sea-wall shuffling.
At end, new growth pulls deficit down to -6gpt from (-20gpt).

No there isn't a rush. The later the better, in terms of tiles being worked for commerce, and improvements to multiply that output.

Man, would I like to see a stack of Conquistadors shining their beacons of light into Lego's dark heart! GoW / ND make a beach head surrounding RP's UU stack. GoW steps aside and whoosh! - RP flood through the gap, exposing the map and maybe picking up a GA.
