France's economy is still improving. More jobs are created. Particularly, King Mrmitchell ordered the creation of the France Infrastructure Corporation, which gives men work and builds needed things in France such as roads and electricity sources.
France's army trains some more. The development of our high-impact, short-range missile systems continue, and a new plane designed for heavy payload and high fuel efficiency has been commissioned.
The unused Navy rots in shipyards.

Why the hell should we stop? You are playing the role of a giant bully amongst the other countries! We shall tell our people what we wish. If you can come up with a more intelligent, and less brutish reason for threatening the Empire of DeLaRocha then we will consider your request. The Mexican govt. was shocked to find out today, that more of their country is literate, and catholic than previously estimated. When this was realized, much thanks to our faithful brothers the French, the Mexican govt. altered their propaganda capaign against China to be in a written format, instead of using statues to communicate with the citizens. This new revamped campaign didn't go over as well as the French had estimated. The people, when handed the propaganda pamphlets did not know how to react, and found that it was quite proficient at cleaning the blood off of the pyramids after they had sacrificed all of the Chinese sympathizers to the feathered snake god. With less time being spent cleaning the pyramids, and understanding the propaganda, Mexico has found plenty of time to work on its military training.

The Empire of the Supreme Commander De La Rocha is attmpting to be reasonable, but to be honest, the Empire of Supreme Commanding king De La Rocha is not about to shell out a million in chinese for each moron who just happened to allegedly not report back, to whatever it is that they report back to. The Empire of Supreme Comanding King Who is Seated at the Right Hand of the Father De La Rocha wishes to give China a somewhat large IOU. Or maybe the nation of Mexico, can just officially "owe one" to China? The Empire of King Supreme Allied Commanding Officer in Chief De La Rocha would also like to point out that we gave you statues that should compensate for chinese citizens, and besides that, you've got like 1.2 billion of them, are you really gonna miss 32? Mexico would like to also point out that the skin tone of China's avatar is quite horrifying, but Meixico recognizes, that that is not Putins fault, he lives in Russia.
Mexico begins to build national pride, through iconogrpahy. Every home is court ordered to have a picture of Supreme Alied Commanding King Chieftan Emperor De La Rocha inside of it, in an easily visible place. A braille version is to be placed next to it, for the blind citizens of Mexico to enjoy.

Mexico to China
Mexico is humbly admitting that iswas entirely wrong in ever writing the whole "Midol thing". Mexico also points out that it never sent any actual money to China, just coupons, and we donated money to the Peace Corps in your name. Either way, we have sent you, coupons, a large Jello mold i nthe shape of a trojan horse, and all of those statues of you. We were wrong, you were right. However, we are not, as many bigots would have you believe, stupid. We wil not allow any military base in Mexico City for two reasons. 1: It is stupid idea from our angle, and we, being people who are not stupid, will not do something stupid. 2: There is no Meixco City anymore. The city's name has been Changed to Zach De La Rochagrad. We do have a nice arrangement of prisons with plenty of vacancy though, so if you want to post unarmed soldiers in our prison cells, you may feel free to send them over anytime. It is stupid to avert to war when we hadjust reached peace. The Mexican people are,again, not stupid, andso we won't warmonger. Mexico would also like to state, that our money is not only worthlessi n China, it is worthless virtually everywhere else too. We also feel that an insulting remark is hardly a crime. Mexico would like to propose a peace treaty with China, because Mexico would like to pester other countries too. As a safety measure, Mexico is beginning to fortify all of its borders, and anybody entering the country will recieve two thorough cavity checks. Mexico is beginning to engage in heavy trade with Cuba.

Mexico has decided to metaphorically "beef up" its national pride. The sole focus is on the superiority of Mexio as a state, a wonderful communistic state. The state has two of its own television channels, one that emphasizes the pride of being a citizen of the all powerful, ever mighty, and oddly cutaneous Mexico, and the other focuses on the superiority of the CHicano race! Mexico has engraved in its people the great sense of pride that come with being a memeber of the national comunity of Mexico. The pride that comes from knowing, that we're all working for eachother and for the state. Mexico has thus changed its education system. CHildren are identified at birth, as being either academically inclined, or physically inclined. The academically inclined, are taken to special state run camps that emphasize the values of concentration, among other academic activities. The physically inclined are raised to be workers, and soldiers for the glorious state of Mexico. They are given special steriod suplements at key points in their development as soldiers. The prisoners in the Meixcan prison system are also put ot work, but with fewer breaks and food, for they have betrayed the Mexican empire, and their fellow citizens. Prison labor is focused primarily on creating weapons and such for the military. Dissenters are sent to the "vitality adjournment camps" where they work tirelessly under incessant watch. "Vitality Adjounment" usually takes a matter of weeks, so these places are rather empty. Mexico is continuing to strengthen its realtions with Cuba.
Economy- 47.2 new system is proving to be profitable, and Cuban relations are good!
Military- 45.0 Using the "Nike" tactic of cheap chinese labor to gain produce many supplies for a cheap price, the military is well supplied
Education- 15.3/50.1 - 15 for the workers 50 for the state employed academics
Dissent- 15.3- but they're all in the "Vitality Adjournment Camps"
Infrastructure- 52.5 militarizing country involves infrastructure upgrades.

The King has set up a House of Rich Backstabbing Mother****ing Liars to lead the country. They will be elected by the people, and each "campaign" for their positions. This is due to France wanting more voice in its government. I will show them the error in their ways--they must be blind, if they wish to have less of King Mrmitchell's control in politics.
France is slightly disturbed at Mexico's Vitality Adjournment Camps, but we will not take action yet. We wish to ensure that your prisoners are being given the minimum requirements that any decent, human country would give to any human being.
