I am at work and if all is ok..when I get home I will set up an islands Game & a Land Game with each of us having 2 civs apiece

I havent played an earth world in a long time what do ya say..EARTH WORLD? versus Doughnut?

If no problems what say we agree no warring untilturn 100 no nukes and no wonders

I would rather we dont pirate or pillage what do you folks say?

expelling my spy who was about to steal Quantum Physics from your people is certainly an act of war.

look at it this way:
if you have Quantum Physics and my puny nation has not, stealing it from you will keep a balance of (nuclear) power and thus secure world peace, whereas otherwise i would need to attack you first to prevent you from nuking me into oblivion.

Exactly, and I do recall that you did expell a number of settlers GT, although they only traveled a few tiles.

You just broke a rule by founding a city within my city limits BTW.

I don't mind though as it will make things more interesting when we start fighting in 200 turns.

#1-Cheating is wrong way-of which I know of none whom does

I move a settler 25 spacces to form a city where no one else is

why would that be an agressive act by expelling them?
