Although a "fairer" way would have been for Tass or I to play the turn following the PEACE turn orders (which did involve scrapping the Command Center first to raise rush-build cash)

If when we then attacked the CyCon forces, and it was one of the 7 out of 10 winning numbers, so be it - the CyCon would lose the 4 units ..... likewise if it were one of the 3:7 losing numbers, then the PEACE base wiould be undefended

But I'd be damned if I'd suggest that to them after the grief I took from them re previous rulings
