I thought the rule was you shouldn't start threads about your own milestones. I did the 150 emperors thread as it was a site milestone, and relevant to DC's list. Skanky just shamelessly copied me, even though 8 is not a milestone.

I suppose it's still rare enough to have a thread though...........much better than 15 "I'm a prince" threads each week.

The nice thing about craps is that you can bet "anything" to occur. So if you bet it and it happens... it's good. If it doesn't, it's bad.

The payoff on the hard 8 is a bad percentage. Buying the 10 is a better bet. But I do like betting the hard 8 despite it, so I'm sure I'll do a few more of them this weekend.

For the superstitious people, we'll be there on Friday the 13th.

will have to do a google search now to find out what a "hard 8" means ..... being a non gambler, i only visit our local casino for the bands and drinks....

although i dont mind an occasional card game .....
