In Mafia 7, I was the Mafia. Vovan was GM. I requested that my first (and as it happens, only) kill somehow involve defenestration, using that exact term. And now, that is exactly how GF dies! Vovan obviously remembered that silly, obscure term, and decided to incorporate it into his murder!
