	Official Poll: New Amendement Procedure Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

Should the following text be added to our Constitution as Section "F":

quote: 1. Any citizen may propose an Amendment to this Constitution. To be ratified, the following requirements must be met: a) The citizen must first post a discussion thread that discusses the nature of the amendment. That thread must be open for at least 5 days prior to the posting of an official ratification poll. b) A ratification poll may then be posted listing the full text of the amendment, and including a link to the discussion thread. The ratification poll must be open for at least 5 days. The ratification poll shall include only "yea" and "nay" options. At least 60% of those who vote in the poll must choose "yea" for the amendment to be ratified.

Please vote to ratify this amendment. As there are no official means to ratify this amendement, 51% would do, but I would strongly prefer that we overwhelmingly approve it.
