I think I remember reading in the apolyton news that the readme was simply an early release of it for the upcoming patch. But who can say for sure?

The reason it has taken so long is because they wanted the patch available for all languages simultaneously. So I suppose the answer is yes.

Can anybody make comparasion between 1.15 and 1.20 text files and post the differences.

As far as I can see that PBEM bug fix and some tech and MP changes.

I think some people have short memories. We had the readme already, and have already seen that this is predominantly just the official counterpart of the 1.15 beta patch most have been using for weeks now.

It appears that 1.15 patch was removed from www.firaxis.com site (it was there several hours ago).

That probably means that 1.20 is going to be here very soon.

I have just visited www.civ3.com and it says:

"Notice: Unfortunately, the non-Beta patch for Civilization III: Conquests will not be ready for several more weeks. We are working hard with Atari to finalize the localizations. Once this has been completed the patch will be posted immediately. We thank you for your support, and ask that you please accept our apologies for the delay."

And at FIRAXIS still nothing.
