	Solving the Tassadar Problem Remove this text

Tassadar is abusing his powers by deleting legitamate threads, editing poll options to ridicule the question, and demanding to be treated as a God, while using all the private forums for spamming desperately in order to boost his postcount after the recent PCR he received. He however only suspected of passing information between the teams, and this is not proven.

The question is : Should Tassadar continue as "God" and is a "God" even needed in this game?

Mod not god means that he can moderate these forums, but he is not to be worshipped and cannot make descions about the game. They must be done democratically or by Googlie.

I mean who elected Tass as the person who could decide what is allowed and what not in this game? Who made him a god?

Looks to me that mods can be worshipped if someone really needs to, and IIRC Googlie stepped aside to let Tass make his first ruling in a PEACE-CyCon issue, and ever since Tass took over that task from Googlie.

And we did have a poll to let tass take over some of the functions of Googlie. We can talk what we want in the future, but we need to be truthful about what happened in the past.

It was not up to Googlie to make this descison that Tass should be able to decide on game rulings. Only a democratic vote of the whole ACDG community can decide such things. We must consider the fact that Tassadar was only allowed into all factions as an observer initially, and then - without any election - his desire for power has corrupted him into one who claims to be a god.

I am.

I am very serious, and I'm making the serious suggestion that at least Tassadar be suspended, followed by a discussion of the role of a god/mod/CMN, and then a democratic process to determine if we need one, what his/her role should be, what his/her powers include and then a vote on who it should be, should we decide we desire such a person.

At the moment Tassadar has only borrowed authority, and it is high time the legitamacy of his "modhood" was called into question.

What did tass do recently that leads to such big dissatisfaction of yours that you cannot tolerate him until the end of the game? I wasn't aware him doing anything but to verify that the Hive has indeed the means to eliminate the PUT.

I do understand that tass had edited your polls. But was that because you started the polls to cast him out? I mean if he acted irresponsible then I would understand your frustration, but is this the case? Or did you start it in the first place?

He has acted irresponsibly for so long... not to mention the IMPORTANT fact, more IMPORTANT that what Tass may or may not have done - the fact that he is actively particpating in all factions, and claiming the right to make game desiscions without some kind of vote or appointment to this position.

And the "Temple of Tass" crap should be deleted NOW.

Well, there really isn't much I can actually say without getting into matters that don't concern certain factions in the game.
Bring the issue up after the game has ended, and I will be able to respond.

Alright, so you don't like that I'm active? Isn't that a good thing (unless your cheating, of course)?
And yes, I was appointed to this position by the other moderator of the game - Googlie.
Also, I've been defacto voted in, in that others do heed to my rulings. If I make a ruling against a faction, they don't like it but they'll follow it.

We need order in this game, or else we could end up crashing because people refuse to recognize certain actions, factions, etc....
