Poly issues. On the other hand, I get mail notifications for only 1/10th of threads. I certainly didn`t try to post anything here, but Poly had some strange problems yesterday - it would need 7 to 8 tries to post actual reply (kept timing out), so I refrained from browsing and posting yesterday - but I do not see an problems today.

Are you sure that you don't have a firewall preventing access (it has an annoying "flying ad" appearing five times at the moment - I'm trying to get rid of that, but it messed up my access for a while until I sussed it out as the reason)

Director Googlie-Hmmm, I'm running 2 Firewalls...maybe that's it. I'll try and deactivate one and see what happens. My problem has been that I keep on being kicked to another page after I put in the password. Argh!

I have now formally joined Sparta

I have not visited the morgan private forum since yesterday - before making my decision - and will not do so from now on.

(If someone would like modding rights for it, PM or e-mail me and I'll set it up. I've also e-mailed the Hosting Service to see if there's any way that forum ownership can be transferred - although I understand that Archaic is going to set up a Pivate Forum to replace the one I set up, so maybe it's moot anyway)

Well, basically it was a gesture to keep Sparta alive.

With Jamski going AWOL, and Method getting promoted from the military to a desk admin job (co-modder), if you read their thread there was some discussion as to whether the faction should just disband and have Buster make it a 3-human/4 AI game

Morgan has a score of players, and as Sparta is actually the faction I seem to play most in PBEMs, I thought that it made sense for me to switch, to add to their playing capability

Hence the switch
