Santi can prove quite a rusher, Gaians can do the worm stomp.
I'm not in synch with this whole 'diplomatic alignment' thing and what effects it may have, but I know a few extra bases never hurt - especially when you get them with units provided free by the fungus.

OFFICIAL GAIAN REPUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
As from now, member known as Enigma_nova is no longer part of Gaian faction. Judged by Gaian Council, his actions has persuaded us that his behaviour cannot longer be tolerated. He has opposed several times to democracy, refused to acknowledge will of his team members, publicaly announced warlike messages on behalf of Gaians thus damaging us before the game has even started, intentionally tried to turn one team member against another, wanted all power to be given to him and let us be statist while he plays his faction. He has refused all Gaian and democratic principles, willingly started to made enemies and has shown that this ACDG, and probably no other is for him, unless he acts alone. He acknowledges any disagreement with his own as false, rejects the possibility to be wrong, or to accept division of power or will of its teamates. His sole motive is to destroy Morgan. He only wants to humiliate all other with his skill. Even as we tolerate all agendas and opinions we are sorry to make an exception and eject him out. It is also advisable for other teams to reconsider if he wishes to join them.
The Gaian faction hereby states its total independence from anything enigma_nove might say or do in the name of the faction, or he did in past without acknowledging will of his team colleagues. All his comments on us or in behalf of us, previous, current and future should be considered as unofficial and nonmember rambling.

Well bl00dy done. It seems I'm the only one with the common sense to see the situation before blindly applying policy.
This is why I have no faith in policy in the first place.
So many people bogged down by mindless order-following, and believing the bullshit of the past - all invariably defending their heritage, despite its uselessness.
So they wonder why I am hostile...
Their empire seems universal, as if I am the only one who thinks above it. To defend my own heritage, and ensure the intellectual evolution of our species, I have to reject the ideas of these enemies and accept myself as a force of change.
So now my arrogance is obvious.
I can clearly tell that the post I edited would not be understood.
It doesn't take a genius to see the simple act of human nature I undergo, and the simple remedy - let me follow my heart.
But it seems, that emotional intelligence and ability to understand are once again told to **** off by the forces of rules and orders.

With every judgement, I conflict more - but with more conflict, I sharpen judgement.
Personally I am stronger, the strongest one here. But at least you morons have one good thing going for you:
You have the social monopoly.
While I despise you and aim to eradicate your race entirely, I respect that.
My battle extends beyond SMAX, to the personal vendetta I have against my family - and everyone that supports them.
That is why I play this game - my reasons lie within thoughts and feelings beyond your desire to understand.

You may be well intended to let your orders lead you into oblivian, and take us all with you...
but I can only do the best I can.
Destroy those that would eradicate our species
and rebuild with those who are left.
I represent the next state in human evolution.
A higher wisdom.
It is time that your idiots were dealt with.

It is flawed, and will be broken.

I am so sorry that I know you so much that I know you really believe that you are the next step in evolution. As a my last friendly advice: seek professional help before you are lost to insanity.
