Downside is i'd assumed full control of that island, which under the new rules i'm definately allowed to with my population being quite large and for most of the roleplaying has been done with me being isolated on that island for along time.

Yes, but... A) the new rules have yet to be adopted (although I think they will be) B) Secondary spots can be "bumped" by new primary nations and C) there is some debate about who has claim to a spot when a disappeared nation is re-formed and wants its territory back.

Given that both Pavesia and the Hive have claims to the entire island, I think the fairest compromise would for you to each take half. The Hive was put (arbitrarily, IIRC) on the northern half of the island, but it could just as well be the other way around.

My take on the Hive/Pavesia situation: each gets half the island (up to them which half each), and whatever happens next is determined by RP. I'm thinking things could get rather bloody if the Hive decides they want the whole island...

not really they don't have that much blood for me to spill, a few days bombing is prob all it would take to utterly decimate him given the amount of military i have, it would be over before anything could be done about it

Nah i've got well equipped police who have access to all information on every citizen and the right to shoot anybody who makes trouble.

I know and thats why i find the situation irritating since the roleplay has been centered around me being alone and how somebody can pop into existence when i have military presence all around that southern sector while my main cities are in the north which is probably why i assume people keep putting me up there.

Everything is done in Paint Shop Pro 7.02

In the main map, the base map, political boundries, country names, flags, etc. are all kept in different layers so it can be edited easily, and then flattened to a .gif file to be posted here.

For the map of my nation, I just zoomed in on the main map and added the topography and cities, again in PSP.

i think as pavesia is actualy a new nation started again recnetly and not the old one (he is only 7 million) he should not go back to the original pavesia spot, but take a new one...

Given that it's impossible to restart an old nation once lost, I'd say Pave has fair claim to his old spot. I think that because in this case he'd only be taking the second of two spots (and because we've pretty much agreed that secondary spots can be bumped anyway), Lazerus should give up half the island. But... considering that the Hive is there now, I think it should be up to Lazerus who gets which half.

I think it actually is possible to resurrect a former nation, but it involves some sort of personal grovelling to the administrators.

They put you in a region called "Lazarus" if I'm not mistaken, and from there you can move to other places if you want.

If nations are allowed more than one space, I would humbly request to have number 39, formerly Zetaris, to be added to Karakas.

I'm going to let Kyralia be deleted because it's been reunified with Karakas, and I'm also going to let Dakmoristan be deleted because I don't feel like running it any more.

how is it impossible ??? it appear sit is done, his new nation only has 7 million people suirely if that was his old nation he would hav emany more people !!!!!

and pave originaly had both halves of the island not just one.

You appear to have missed something here. Pave's new nation is in in no way his old one restarted... it's a new one with a similar name. His old one, of course, had far more people in it.

FYI: it is in fact possible to restart old nations, but it requires a direct request to the mods.
