Guardinia does not seek to be anyone's enemy. However, we do not trust Auldoninna and regard any and all Auldoninnan weapons as a possible threat to Guardinia. The reasons for this should be pretty obvious, given Auldoninna's increasingly erratic and aggressive behavior lately.

Consequently, if Auldoninnan bases are established in Western Apolyton, Guardinia will see this as a very hostile move by both Auldoninna and Western Apolyton.

Official statement regarding Nuclear weapons

In our long history Basus has fallen victim to nuclear arms. We concider weapons of Mass destruction as a great threat. They're attrocities !!! They lack all respect towards life itself and their lasting effects on the envirioment are a hazard to this entire planet. It doesn't matter who they are pointed at. It are extremely dangerous weapons !!!
We reject all who test these weapons and all who ready them. We do not condem the nations that own these weapons because that happend in the past but any attemt to create new or use old types of weapons in these trubbled times will be seen as an act of agression against the entire Apolyton region. That is why we have pulled up our defences.

Yes, you do need to maintain your nation on NS to be considered part of Apolyton.

Unless you've disabled them, you should get 1 or 2 'issues' every day, which ask you to make decisions about different aspects of your nation. Over time, these decisions should change your nation.

The level of detail on your maps is amazing, Azazel. I tend to make mine blocky and stylish (I hope), but yours are far better at showing exactly what's going on.
