Thus, a plebiscite has been conducted. With a turnout of 89% of the voting age population, the Cosmovanians voted 77-23 to join The Waterright Republic of Renewed Ikixe as a federative unit, thus meeting the 66% popular support required by the Ikixan Code of Law for annexing foreign territory. The union will begin immediately. Administrative cohesiveness is expected to be largely finished within 18 months, with financial and infrastructural integration within 4-6 years.

BTW, Sirian Capital is Marthos and is located on the centre most island of our land. and our island nation lies in Sirrion Sea.
