Yep i agree, largest is most money from that industry. but it alldepends what your major industry is. for isntance some have book publishing as their main industry , so harldy worth worrying about militarily ...

Back to the real world, we notice that Western countries with strong armies have something like 80% of people employed in services, and not manufacturing.
