i'll try again - Morrowind is a great game(on xbox), But if you happen to have a good enough pc i understand it is better on PC(as you can mod it and download patches etc), if you dont have a PC then dont worry about it - get it on XBOX as its one of that consoles best games.

I agree with bipolar. Rainbow six is one of those games that are fun to rent, but nothing more (unless you want to play online). (I shouldn't say that: I know a guy at Ubisoft Montreal studios who worked on it.) Splinter Cell is much better, although it's a very different kind of game: it's a stealth game. Another fun games:

- Medal of honor: Frontline. It's old school, but it's still fun. And it's dirt cheap: I got it for 20 bucks.

- Grand theft auto.

- James Bond: everything or nothing. Fun game with very nice graphics.

Nostromo hit it on teh head. I was going to say the gta series, but alas, I forgot.
Medal of Honor is definitely worth a buy. The MP wasn't up to my standard, but was still good. Halo has far superior MP IMHO.
Thirteen had a mediocre MP, and storymode, that keeps you entertained for a bit, and then falls off.
But Rainbow SIx Three, is only fun for a bit, unless you like those kind of games.
If oyu want a IMHO better version, try the Ghost Recon games, thsoe are teh woot!!!! My friend and I played everymode and every level of that MP to death do us fart.(sorry I had to do the fart joke there.)

I dont know about Rainbow Six:3(I have played the first one though), but the other two games will give you something to do for months(maybe years!).
In fact have a small challange and see if you can complete all that Morrowind(GOTY edition) and KOTR can offer in under six months

I suppose if you really need another game go for something 'Lite', something that requires no brains to play, for those momments when Morrowind or KOTR seem like too much work

No, I'm not kidding. I don't know about you, but I like to play a range of games, not just the same every single time.

Yes, yes quite so. My cousin used to buy all sports gmaes, but we haven't played those in well over a year. Halo is a definite MUST. It is the new Goldeneye. Yo ucan play it forever, adn it never gets old, mainly in the MP form.
I actually looked at the old stack the other day. I remeber when we used to think that Bloodwake was the coolest game ever! that ended after two weeks. And after we played Halo for the first time.
Really it was Halo that got the stack to begin its dust gathering career. Morrowind nad KOTOR put the nail in the friggin coffin. I wanted to jsut sell off all of the games to sokme n00b and see if my cousin would even notice.
Seriously, try gettign Ninja Gaiden if you wnat somethign thta is at a different pace, but still teh woot!

Halo is definitely worth checking out. Ninja Gaiden is a game I'd like to see, but not many people I know have an XBOX.

Couldn't get into Halo... but I'm an anti-FPSer for some reason...

Going to repeat what Franky has probably already said and say Kung Fu Chaos.

Just played a MP of it yesterday with my cousin in a team mode (us vs. comp since it was his first time playing the game.... turning taunts off).

Then I've already mentioned NFS: II as well... great racer. Simple, not Live capable, but then I don't plan to get live any time soon (I'm a cheap bastard).

Picked up Return of the King for the wife and myself... she and I enjoy the old-style run around hacking at stuff as a team games though...

Goblin Commander is a RTS, I *think* theres a Alien v Predator RTS out as well.

GC got 'mixed' reviews.

In the 'Civ' sense no. No TBS as yet(although some games do have semi tbs combat like in KOTOR).

But i find Championship Manager(a football(or soccer) sim) to be my favourite Strat game.

For a 'deeper' gaming experience the xbox does have a few excellent RPG's.

I'm waiting for Rome Total War to be ported

a great game to get is called FUsion Frnezy, it is teh woot! it is this awesome gmae that you cna shift between fps, and tps! It ha soem awesoem racing parst to it, and really cool mini gmaes scattered between each level. You can also go it laone w/o weapons, nad make it kinda like a fighting game. The multi player is the best I've ever played, the graphics are outta this world, and its got a killer soundtrack too. Fusion Frenzy!!!!!!!!!!!!1

RTW would be great to see on the "box".

I hope enough people who want to see more in their games will start to clamour for more strategy games to be ported.

I'm surprised that Cv3 hasn't been done for the "box" yet.

I find most console games to be mindless. . .

Of the many games put out for the "box", I find you guys have only listed a handful that are truly worth playing.
