Here's what I put in the "Urgent Issues" post for Turn 620 AD:

I had a talk with Micco today.

Log of chat is here

Summery:

- Told him that we are sending back 100 of the 115 that they had sent us for safekeeping
- Told him that we were also sending our WM and Remembrance
- Micco stated that they are likely going to not take the refuge, as they are still polling on staying in the game, but that the results seemed to point in letting GWT/GCA take them all of the way out.
- I did my best to present arguments to keep them in the game. I might have convinced him atleast

We need to really work on this, ASAP, as CGN is key to several of our Plans against GWT/GCA.

Umm...

Thats pathetic.

Even if one member wants to continue, he should be allowed to take over the team. eg CDG.
If the majority want to exit the game.. then they can just stop checking the forum.
Let those who want to play on have the save instead.

Having a vote is just stupid.

They have one reason to continue: To help our team.

We gave them help when they asked for it. They should be willing to suck it up and continue to play to help us win. Our good diplomacy with them should have a payoff. I'm pretty sure miccofl will see it that way and at least stick around to pass the save onwards.

MZ, for one thing, you DO have a way with words. Also, I have made my case to Micco, is it not Aproproate that someone ELSE follow up on that. I can't do it alone.

As you are somewhat more active than Arnelos is at this time, if anything, you really ARE the best choice for that task.

Of the people whom I know who currently have access to that CGN forum:
Arnelos is semi-AWOL
Conmcb25 is out of the country
Trip is moving across the Country
BigFree has very little tile, due to RL jobs
FrustratedPoet is (as far as I know) in lurking mode
And YOU!!

So, with all of that in mind, whom else would be best to do that??

But the thing is, it needs to be done very soon OR not at all...

Do we want CGN to continue in this game OR shall we let them fall by the wayside and screw up several of our carefully thought out plans?? Decide and act (or not and find someone else who will). Don;t go and get "smart" about something that needs to be done.

E_T, I'm just pointing out that there are ways to say things, or rather, to ask for them. Perhaps it's unintentional but I sometimes notice a rather bossy attitude on your behalf when asking others to do something.

There are many things ISDG/C3CISDG-related which I haven't been able to do for the last 2-3 days because I haven-t been as unoccupied as I've wanted. I should finish them sometime tonight.

Another lovers spat, I see

Im not going to be very available till next week. Since last saturday, it has been a string of very long days, its winding down now but I soon have to get ready to leave while breaking own the logistics of this conference, so I definately will not have a heck of a lot of time until sometime next week.

MZ, when you can please take the lead on this.

E_T is correct, if nothing else you certainly have the gift of gab

I think we need to stress the revenge and the returning them to there continent eventually arguements.

And encourage micco to continue even if his team is weary of playing.

Mention the "its pay back time" for all our support as well as BF suggested. Obviously word it differently.

Good luck and ill get back into the saddle next week.
