AIS Heroic - move 8 & Fortify.
AIS Deliverance - move 6-6-8.
AIS Ambitious & AIS Retribution - move 6-3-2.

Group B:
AIS Zealous - move 8-8-8.
AIS Determination - move 9-9-9.
AIS Righteous - move 6-6-6.

I don't think any of our ships should be coming in to the Gathering Point in parallel fashion to GWT's shore. All of the 8 (North) type moves above has me worried that a properly stationed and fortified Galley of GWT's would see us on that type of approach while we would not see them and thus know that we've been spotted. Our last approach should be coming in directly from the West to the East with the lat move towards the Gathering Point being a "6" rather than an "8"

After looking at this, I change a couple of the Unit Orders (and fixed the messed up ones). If there is a Forted GWT unit at any of the Coastal tiles, they won;t see us UNLESS, they are at Elfanhain 1-1 (seeing only AIS Zealous) OR at LZ 4 (seeing all of the Group A Units). The movement for AIS Zealous can't be altered, as it is at the limit to get to it;s Gathering point, the next turn (no extra moves available). And we really can;t help the Group A possiblity.

Now, as for the Next turn, IF there is any Forted GWT Units at or near the LZ, there is a good chance that they would see the Group B ships. They also might want to attack them, if they are in range to attack. Unfortunately, of the 3 boats in the B Group, only 1 is a Vet Unit.

Anyways, I've worked the orders to give us the least amount of risk.

Put an end to popups!

I've been watching the game in silence recently. I did this because, the best I can see ET has done an excellent job planning this attack and little can be added before we engage the enemy. However, as we get closer to combat I will try as hard as possible to be present at the turn playing so I can start helping.

D*mn, your right, I was thinking 50 turns for the 10 interval and not the 100 turns for the 10.... Just confimed with the Editor....

In that case, could I get someone with the ZpellZ to fix the display part of these turnthreads (I've already fixed the other parts):

Turn 192, 760 AD
Turn 193, 770 AD
Turn 194, 780 AD

I'll fix the GA date (atleast the turn number is correct....)

Yes, we have not seen any.

BUT, if there were a GWT Galley stationed and Fortified at 1-1 of Elfenhain then they would see our units at 1-1-4-4-4 of the same city; which would be bad. This is the move I was warning others about before...

Let's just hope this is not the case. We'll very likely know by the next turn.

I don't think you'll see our GNP go to #1 since GNP does not factor out corruption. They'll definitely take a hit but we won't be able to see it, unfortunately.

I'm guessing that with the FP gone we'll outrank them. GNP and MFG. Once they lose the FP their corruption goes sky high.

Didn't you just read above? GNP is commerce before corruption. The only thing the FP does is reduce corruption/waste. Which means unless we're only ~25 GPT behind them they'll still be in 1st in GNP.

Hmm...

You wish to risk them seeing us a turn early, blockading the coast and/or moving more Ansar within range just for the sake of one boat? Ruhrpott and Flammburg are 2 turns away by Ansar. If they have any in the area they could move this turn and destroy our force the turn it lands with whatever they had around Ruhrpott + whatever they have around Flammburg. Did you ever think of that?

This coming from the guy who accused me of giving away "vital secrets" to GWT while I was simply trying to play up our strength. At least I didn't show them what we were doing.

We'd all better hope they don't have a unit there.

Yes, I did.

I'm guessing that GWT, upon losing it's FP will do a few things.

They could possibly change it's WF's in cities near the old FP site to taxmen or scientist since the corruption in those cities will be lilkely near 95%. It's one way to get the most out of your population. They may even starve the cities down if they think they can't protect or save them from capture or from being razed by us. GWT may even abandon some of it's cities near there just to prevent us from razing them and collecting the workers and us using the owrkers as shields or ferrying them back to our land. Also, I would think they might switch
theri WF around in unaffected cities so as to be able to produce more shields and thus reduce the commerce output of individual cities. Also, GWT, upon the losss of the FP will experience heavier amounts of corruption in cities that do not lie too far from their first core. In order to combat that they will gift the cities they are now holding in old CGN territory to GCA so as to reduce their overall corruption/waste in the cities near the Palace. They would be giving up cities that do not produce squat in order to better their waste/corruption factors in cities that do.

All of the above will reduce their total commerce substantially.

I'm sorry I did not explain all of this before. I just thought others would see it as I did and it did not need an explanation.

Got spare money?

It sounded like you were referring to just the destruction of the FP itself.

With all of those things, it is possible that we may pass GWT, but I still think they'll be ahead. They probably have a lot of Markets by now. Abandoning and/or starving their cities down? Perhaps. Giving them to GCA... ehhh... I really doubt that.

We shall see.
