Start
- RP sends 100 gold + WM. accepted. Send our own WM in return.
- Hurricane completes hospital. Set to Galleon.
- Cyclone builds worker, starts worker.
- Elipolis builds harbor. Starts factory (also starts WLTKD)
- Tempest builds rifle. starts rifle.
- Tornado builds galleon, starts galleon.
- Arashi builds rifle. Starts worker.
- WoC completes IW. Starts factory
- palace gets an extension (in case anybody is interested )
- worker issue with GoW not solved yet.
- 1902 gold, 50%, 418 bpt, 64 gpt (1 turn to refining).
- 47 workers
some calculations
In WoC, we currently have 30 spt after waste. That can get to 38 spt at most. we will need a factory, a market and a cathedral in there. WLTKD will only come after both market and cath are built (unless we get lux from GoW). In WLTKD, our waste will drop considerably, not exactly known by how much. Further, WoC is one of the cities which keeps us from going into Mob faster.
The current 2 options are possible:
- A: first market (3 turns, or 2 with 3 forests) and cathedral(2 turns with 1 forest), then factory(6 turns, most likely, maybe 5 with foresting)
- B: first factory (7 turns, 6 with 2 forests), then market (2 turns, 1 with 3 forests), cathedral (2 turns, 1 with 1 forest).
We've got 8 forests left. option A, we'll get the 3 buildings in 10 turns with 4 forests, maybe 9 with more.
option B, we'll get there in 8 turns with 6 forests. Better, so factory first.
Moves
In general, the specific worker moves are not covered anymore, it gets too tedious. Only important stuff is mentioned.
- irr on Hurricane 2, 77
- 3 workers added to Hurricane.
- irr BB 7. perfect spt and fpt for hospital in 2.
- 1 worker to the final hill of RP (1 already present). RP improved.
- mine on Monsoon 9.
- foresting / chopping on Monsoon 36(eta factory -1, and some extra shields to give back to Arashi once it has build its 2 workers)
- foresting / chopping on WW 36 (first Arashi and Tempest to wonders). eta factory -1, perfect spt.
- 4 workers added to Elipolis (one more would lose the WLTKD)
- one worker added to SA.
- foresting on EotS 1,2.
- last worker starts to forest on WoC 3.
- 2 rifles go to Eli and fort.
- Galley2 moves 3222.
- our Southern most galley Moves 332, bothering Lego's pickets a bit, they maybe get used to seeing galleys sailing past.
- our Northern most galleon moves 2222. destination: Eli or lower.
- Northern most galley moves 222. Destination: Elipolis
- last Galleon (near RP) moves 3 and forts.
- Newly built galleon goes towards Pica 222 (off the coast of ND)
workforce shuffles
- Cyclone set back to ideal pattern (needs this every turn).
- Hurricane only needs 30 spt now. Gives 2 irr river to EotS. with the added pop, max commerce has been reached without sacrificing later growth. makes 42 spt, but nothing can be done to prevent the loss (can't go to any city).
- EotS gives 32 to Tornado. Gives 77(fp) to Tempest. takes all the rest.
- Tempest takes fp instead of fp close to Arashi
- Arashi takes fp instead of irr grass near Monsoon.
- Monsoon takes irr grass.
- Tornado takes EotS tile, and 2 bonus grass from Sufa. currently at 32 spt. will alternate between 32 spt and 28 spt, to get galleons without waste. Sufa takes what's left.
- Blizzard gives bonus grass to SA, takes coast instead.
- SA moves new citizen to open tile. 1 shield short for eta -1, needs to come from Blizzard next turn.
- Eli moves off hill, onto coast. Inchon takes hill instead of grass (given back to WoC).
- WoC takes grass and iron mountain instead of 2 coasts.
- Inchoff takes coast instead of iron
Current Builds
long term plans for our cities
[edit: forgot to update these. corrected]
Eli : factory in 30 (should improve with WLTKD next turn)
Inchon : aqua in 39 (correct? looks like I missed something, seeing the screenshot. I hope I didn't set the hill to a entertainer, and forgot to put it back!)
WoC : factory in 6 (with 2 forests), then market in 1 (with 3 forests), cathedral in 1 (with 1 forest)
Inchoff : factory in 21
Diss : galleon in 1
Santa Ana : factory in 3 (need 1 tile from Blizzard next turn)
Blizzard : market in 1
Monsoon : factory in 4
Arashi : woker in 1 (one more I guess, before going to 2-turn rifles)
WW : factory in 2
Tempest : rifle in 1
SS: worker in 1
Hurricane : galleon in 2
OG : factory in 10
EotS : factory in 6 (chopping as crazy)
BB : hospital in 2
Cyclone: worker in 1
Tornado : galleon in 2. Note: 32/28 rythm, taking or giving 1 mined bonus grass to Sufa.
Typhoon : factory in 1
Sufa : factory in 26
Other
- Lego doesn't have Sanitation yet. Vox neither.
- in F11, we're #2 in production at 466 Megatons. (last turn 453). Lego is too powerful, but they can't be far ahead. Also, I wonder how much of #1 production is going to waste, in our tight build, waste is moderate... but it does concern me we're not #1.
- after the adding, we're at 36 workers (8 went to pop), 446 bpt, 87 gpt. Sadly, it won't allow us to go to 40%.
- I'm offering incense unaccepted to GoW, to ease them a little. Also, CH, normally we should be receiving steel from them next turn, and they get refining from us the turn after, while we go full speed on combustion. Maybe best to ask them this in a PM...
- screenies are coming.
Next Turn
- Blizzard should be able to move off a desert, and give that to SA (when it gets one worker added)
- chops should go to WoC (at least 1), and EotS
- Arashi needs to get to -2fpt next turn to keep it from starving. Too bad, 1 food more in the queue would have been better.

I don't think he was actually in a shelter for long (if at all). The organization we got him through (Labs4rescue) has a system of "foster homes" for dogs they pull out of shelters. He was at a farm in Tennessee for a while before we got him. But yeah, it seems like one of those situations where somebody bought a puppy 'cause it was cute, and discovered they couldn't handle it.
He's not uncontrollable, but he definitely needs work. He has some Alpha tendencies. And he clearly wasn't trained at all - he had no idea what I was saying when I told him to sit at first. I've been working on that, though, and he's doing that now. Stay is next. If we take our eyes off him for more than 30 seconds, he's into something (typically grabbing something he isn't supposed to touch and chewing it). That isn't at all abnormal, especially since he's so young. Labs keep a puppy mentality for a while.
My main worry is how he reacts to many (not all) other dogs: he goes beserk, barking like mad, and straining towards them for all he's worth. I can barely hold him. It's early, though. We've only had him for 4 days, after all. I'm taking a wait-and-see attitude for now, hoping that with training + more time getting used to his new surroundings that he will chill out some.
