1889 made me aware of my ironciver-etiquette foul, and this was my reply as email:

3. no leader farming with cheep units
   
4. no reloading for combat results

concerning point 1: you don't gain extra moves, you just get that move earlier.

otherwise: capturing artillery each turn is probably a bigger disadvantage that not doing so. being at war with your own civ makes trading impossible... so if you're sending luxuries back and forth, you're actually harming yourself

so are we now officially allowed to trigger the GA without
wonders?

You shouldn't be saying that, I sense you have no iron, I have atleast 4 between my two civilizations... though I should have hooked them earlier...

To Aqua, offers for iron will be accepted for the less fortunate, Ottomans will have an extra soon and Iroquois will have have an extra once I get these pesky celts out of my mountains...
