I'd like to apologize for not playing the turn sooner.

Here's what happened.

Tuesday: received turn but delayed sending it because I'm a newbie in the game and I didn't know I can't send comm frequencies that I don't have.

Wednesday: Stayed at work all night and slept on the couch of the physics student society lounge. Woke up that morning.

What?! The B-limit for this map is 7.2 bases?!

96 * 96 / 2 = 4608 (# of tiles for my future territory)
4608 / 3200 = 1.44
SQUARE ROOT(1.44) / 2 = 0.6
DIFF = 5, EFFIC = 4
(8 - 5) * (4) * (0.6) = 7.2

Okay, need to change tactics.
