	OFT Game - Edition #2 Put an end to popups!

Since Troll had to 'drop out' of our first OFT game and since I'm certain this concept will find more followers here is now the second edition of the OFT (One Free Tech) game.

The concept:
Each player gets one free technology, to be chosen among all advances within the first few turns of the game (configurable). The idea is from me, the scenario has been implemented by Hatschy with help from J.Bytheway.

You can find the first edition here.
Hatschy is moderating that one. After Troll's sudden death the remaining players are Protoss72000, FlameFlash, J.Bytheway, Dimytes and myself.

So far, i plan to moderate the second edition myself. I suggest we play with 4 players this time, to get the game moving fast on the one side, but keep it interesting regarding competition and diplomacy on the other.

fine. but if we suddenly find more than 4 players for this game, i would like to prefer those who are not already in our first game.
also, Hatschy could play in this game. but he has the info as moderator from our first game, so this would somehow contradict players actually playing in both games.

please dont think that i dont want you in this game. i just want to give new players the chance to play with this setup. of course, if we get to 4 players including you, we will start instantly. but should player #4 and #5 show up simultaneously...
