Assuming Vondrack is correct, is there anything we can do different in the next 50 turns to minimize our liability to Lego?

I know you have a "plan" in your head. Is there something we can tweak in the plan?

Heh, the "plan" is pretty much accomplished now. We build our nation and bring ourselves back to respectability on the research front and help Lego with that as much as we can. Anything more than that will depend on what the other teams want to do.

We can't match military might (because of production power) with anyone but Roleplay. But at the same time we won't be the primary target of any aggression. At most we'll be the target of a diversion to attract some of Lego's forces to help us. Some of what I did to combat that was build up "goodwill" with the tech trading and stocking up luxury item options to hopefully make the other teams think twice about defaulting on what they owe us. Also our rail lines, and the new settler in case an opponent blows up a rail line are designed for quicker access as well.

Beyond that, all we can do is build up our defensive military. We now have all of our upgrading finished so next on the agenda is to build more artillery. The more we have to take on any invaders, the less Lego will have to deal with those invaders. Naval power helps in that too as we have the pickets and can use our new destroyers and battleships in an offensive and bombardment capability. We'll be building more navy along with the artillery and very soon we should be able to build tanks as well

That's about it. As I said, most of my long-term plan is now complete. If anyone has any other suggestions for the future go ahead and make them.

Well, we could always use more real estate....has any thought been given on discussing an invasion plan on the continent of Bob? I know that we've already tried that in the early stage of the game...but with Lego assisting us in a "coalition" for an invasion..... just thinking aloud here and trying to figure out how to grow our empire...

- 1 Lego worker joins Hope and then I realize that the city does not have an aqueduct. Switch build to an aqueduct. We can rush it in a few turns.

Danke. It doesn't particularly mean much, but it would be nice to pass them in score before the game is over...especially considering the size of their empire before being ousted from the Bob continent.

Right now they will be used defensively. If in the future they are needed offensively then carriers can be built.

We're naming them after the cities on the old continent before the Voxodus. There are three left for our next few ships: Elipolis, Dissidentville, and Harry's Hideaway.

After that any other ships can be named after the newer people that never got a city named after them (myself, con, and snoop).

Now go back to trolling elsewhere.
