Krill has computer problems, as far as I know. He is much slower than usual and there are lags as he trys to get things fixed. Also, he claims to be working I don't know if I buy that one.....

Maybe a Jane participant could hold Krill's place. The early going should be relatively straightforward and Krill could pick up when he gets back.

nah, just loafing around, doing work experience in a NHS hospital. On a Neurobehavioural ward. Whatever you do, remember that you can at least think straight enough to beat this game.


I start work for real on Tuesday, 8:00 til 16:00, Tuesday-Friday, and then I'm dragged of to Wales for the weekend. Mondays are the only days I get off, since I have to do work in Wales.

But the real kick in the teeth is that I don't get paid. It goes into my educational fund.

Snoopy from the Jane PBEM has agreed to take Krill's place.

The new turn order is not optimal though. I wonder if we should restart with a different turn order with but the same starting locations and civs.

Krill's spot is between Sir Ralph, who is in Europe, and jshelr, who is usually on the East Coast, but he might as well be in Europe with his early-bird schedule.

See the first post for the full turn order. If you think it might work, Sir Ralph should send you the latest save. Otherwise we might have to get Dominae to change the turn order and start over.

If we do a restart, could we go from scratch? I have no complaints about the current start, but it doesn't seem right to go back to a start after a few turns of exploration, especially when there were no technical problems.

I guess this would depend on Dom's willingness to play god once again...
