Therer are two requirements for being in the Communist Party of Apolyton.

If we're seriously going to do this, I think we should come up with a kind of charter that lists the party's official views and stances. I'd prefer a big tent so we can include people like Dissident who might frothing liberals. If I were to be a member of a political party, I think it should have a group of core values that most people can agree on.

just some ideals I would like a political party to have:

government should be used help people and be a force for positive change in the world
wasteful spending and pork barrell politics are despised
progressive taxation
America should be the most dominant force in the world
the free market works best with checks and balances

that's just a start... what do you guys think of this?

to all but the fourth...we want to include non-Americans, and I don't think they'd agree with that one.

Also:

Use of force must be the option only when all other routes are exahusted.
Society must seek progression, not regression, regarding the liberties and opportunities of all of its citizens.
