For clarification, who has a sandbag underneath them at the moment. I know 2 does, but as for the others...
Also, if you run through 3 bags in a row do you get -3 speed or just -1?

Spaced used a WC and tried a slipstream in the middle of the turn, While intriguing, I didn't allow it.
The racers are bunching up for a fun turn. Only a few more SBs to find in this section.
