The Mighty Russian Empire looks favourably on this war with Napoleon you speak of. We think that wiping him off the face of Europe would be good for us all. Therefore, we have signed military alliances with all European nations against France, and benevolently engaged ourselves in mutual protection agreements with them. For a fee, of course. The latter was much needed by the motherland, for our economy is struggling through a deficit and corruption runs rampant.
Our first and foremost goal, therefore, is to set production on track, which we will achieve through the erection of numerous banks and courthouses across our nation, and for which purpose we have spent much gold this month, and after that, our sights will lie firmly on the heart of the French nation.

Unfortunately, there aren't many troops we can currently send abroad. Our people aren't feeling very comfortable with the big war coming up, and a lot of brute force is needed to keep them in line, at least until some basic infrastructure is put up in the cities. Some of our core cities, however, have recently finished many construction projects and are ready to start pumping out troops, so hopefully we will soon make use of your roads. In the mean time, we have requested a formal Right of Passage through your lands in order to ensure our safe and fast passage towards France.

Gentlemen, Napoleans navy has attempted to take control of the Channel, but woe be unto them for their sailors are now feeding the fishes.
During this months action our elite Man 'o' War's patrolling the coastlines of Britain sank 3 French Frigates with no losses to the fleet, further one of our privateers sank a Spanish frigate who got too close to our operatives in the Atlantic. Yes we know they are allied in the fight against Boneparte, but they would otherwise attack our undercover shipping and we wish to avoid such losses.
Only by gaining and maintaining total naval supremacy can we prevent Napolean attempting to send troops to our shores. Ah such is war.
Prussia we have now greatly increased the garrison at Amsterdam, and can if necessary send a force out to relieve your troops at Frankfurt, we would though prefer to upgrade these lads first if you think you can hold on that long ? Nationalism being the key to this as we discussed at great length earlier. Please dont hesitate to request help if you feel it is urgently required, we would rather lose a few low grade units than see Napolean make territorial gains at your expense.
Milan did not come under fire this month and we chose to leave an injured imperial cavalry unit alone and upgraded our cavalry there instead.
Gentlemen science is of the upmost importance in this fight, do not weaken your research efforts at all, we need to gain the upper hand in this war as soon as is feasibly possible.
We have sent both your nations the gift of one of our spare luxuries to help soothe your peoples nerves in the months ahead, good luck my friends and may God be with you.

Thanks to the benevolent offering of wines from King Christopher, my people are now drunk and happy, and I can take down the armed guards in some of the cities, while more permanent measures are taken to calm down the populace.
The men free from homeland duty are now forwarded to the help of our Prussian allies, mostly through Austria to the south.
As well, I am happy to say that with the construction of numerous courthouses, justice is once more gaining the upper hand over corruption in Russia: the government income has risen last month so we were able to kick scientific spending up a notch or two.
As well, our capital and the sorrounding cities, are currently in the process of training new men to become mighty cossacks, so hopefully, we will be able to soon offer more military assistance to our allies than we have so far.

My friends, I hope this communique finds you both in good health !! it has been another bumper naval harvest for the Royal fleet yet again, with three more french frigates and 1 transport ship resting on the sea beds of both the Med and the Channel.
I forgot to inform you both last time I wrote that our sailors endeavours have caused our nation to enter into its Golden age, which has had the effect of vastly speeding up our research and infrastructur developments 
The ferrying of troops to Amsterdam continues at a pace, we are hoping our Prussian friends can hold out at Frankfurt long enough for our Musket troops to be turned out as our first redcoat regiments. Please advise us closely of the situation, remember if you are in great danger we will move imediately, but as you know our force will be far more succesful after the retraining.
We have seen no land action this turn, not a peep from the Frenchies, one wonders what is Boney up to ?
As a further package of aid we have sent shipments of gems to Prussia, we hope these Jewels will help to appease your citizens whilst you wage this war, we will send a supply of spices to our Russian friends in about 10 turns

We appreciate your help, King Christopher. We should mention, however, that a close inspection of the mat showed that we have a source of spices and one of silk well within our reach. We were hoping to erect new cities next to these precious resources, though soon realized that our people are too few to divert from conducting war. Hence, we are training those unable to fight to establish colonies at the resource locations, and as soon as we do that, our people should be happier than ever.
As well, a regiment of cossacks we have diverted from defense is within one month's journey from Frankfurt. Hopefully, we won't be too late. Though I must concede, the reinforsements we are providing are sadly weak. On the other hand, we assure you that a new wave of cossacks is nearing readiness of battle, and will be dispatched from St Petersburg, and the surrounding cities with all possible haste.

Lord Paddy,
Your graciousness truly knows no borders, and the brilliant ideas of your people are equally unmatched. This new occupation your people call "policeman" comes in truly handy in some of the corruption-ridden southern cities. They will surely help boost the production of more courthouses there, as well as a couple banks. In the mean time, we were able to concentrate even more thoroughly on the training of troops, and hopefully will soon be able to provide more reinforcements.
On a related note, I should say, that we are aware of your kindness in allowing our troops to freely pass through your lands, though we found that the shortest route to Frankfurt from the deep in-land cities, from which we diverted this defence, lies through Austria, and its slightly better-developed road system. Hence, that is the route we took.

Indeed, well good for you on this discovery, that the Austrians have a better developed system. This is interesting news.
As you have no need for them, I will pass the word throughout my small land holdings that the road system is not required.
If you feel you will need my minor road system some time in the future, then please try to give me some advance notice, so I can attempt to re-clear them
