Hmm, let's see...
The pale green hue is mentioned again in this episode.
And so is the SMAC game, which seems to be mentioned in almost every episode. That would seem to point to one of the IT specialists...
When rah looked up Ella Green, the gardener, in the computer, all the records under 'G' had been deleted. This could point to Gjramsey, AdaGio, or maybe even the Guard, vovan. Or perhaps rah knows the code and deleted the records himself, since he has such great access to them. Of course, it is odd that Ella Green was mentioned by Jon Miller to Vovan seemingly out of nowhere. And why does Jon Miller know so much about her, anyway? What else could the 'friendly' help desk man know, but refuses to tell?

Chapter Seven
"I told you, I don't know the password", rah insisted.
"You aren't just telling."
"Why? I'd tell the right one if it kept me from getting killed by you lot."
Vovan pondered this. "Stay right there, let me talk this over with the others."
After a moment, as rah already whistled triumphantly, Vovan came back with a stern look. "We considered it, but come on, you're rah from human resources. One of the guys would give his left testicle for the opportunity. Besides, you're just trying to outsmart us, murderer!" And so rah was defenestrated.
Soon after, Imran Siddiqui was found dead on the floor of a kitchen. His stiff hands around his throat and the coffee cup on the ground suggested yet another case of poisoning, but a new mysterious aspect was several puncture wounds in his head - apparently done by an icepick which was lying next to the corpse.

Any way, maybe I'm just stupid, but I still don't see how these holes in the head help us any.
So, I'm just going to go with people that are much overdue for being the Mafia now. It's then either Theben, or alva. Now, it's just a coin toss as far as I am concerned.
Theben it is, because alva is cursed - he will never be mafia. 
EDIT: Wait, Jon Miller is still alive... It must be him.
EDIT2: I think this vote change should count, because there is no "edited" label on my post, and noone saw the original vote, so for all you know, I could have changed the vote and noone would have noticed.

Hopefully, they'll make an exception. He is just that damn good, and he's in great physical condition as well. UEFA would be foolish to let him go.

Chapter Eight
Jon Miller was nonchalantly tossed out of the window.
With only ten of the original twenty-four left, Duke o' york said: "I have a feeling that this method of ours isn't necessarily working."
"It's not like we have much choice, though" noted Zopperoni, "it's kill or be killed." The rest agreed.
That method wasn't working, and no longer was Method, either - not that he ever did. His body was, naturally, found in a toilet. The trademark staples and pencils were there. His chest had been stabbed with yet another pair of gardening scissors.
What was on the screen of Method's computer was even more interesting. Apparently the Canadian-born immigrant was more clever than met the eye, for he had been able to recover some of the files deleted under 'G'.
According to the information, Ella Green had had a brother who worked in the company who had "supported her appointment". His name was nowhere to be found, though.
"It's reasonable to conclude that whoever's behind the murders isn't her ghost, unlike what the late Jon Miller suggested", Jonny said.
"So you think it's the brother of this gardener who is trying to exact revenge on the entire firm?" said Adagio. "Quite an undertaking. It's hard to believe one of us would be able to do something like that. We're just clerks!"
"Ditto. But the news will harm us severely, and most of our key staff are dead", gjramsey noted, "it's a plausible motive."
The file also included the number of her personal closet in one of the many staffrooms, and with the latest downsizings, it wasn't impossible that the closet may still have had some of her effects.
