What about :
John Carpenter's They Live!
starring none other than "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, and containing the immortal line (I think I'm paraphrasing this): "I came here for two things: to kick some ass, and to chew bubblegum. And I am all out of bubblegum."

That line is older than any video game.

How about the complete "Land Before Time" series? Even my 9 year old has been unable to stomach those for the past 2 years.
How about "Pearl Harbor"? You can watch it with him and point out all the stupid mistakes made. You'd literally be able to talk from one end of the movie to the other.
Then there's Captain Corrino's Mandolin, in which Nicholas Cage forgets that he's supposed to be portraying an Italian officer, but instead reprises the role he played in "Moonstruck" with a comic almopst mock Italian accent. Peter Sellers could have done a better job, but the problem is that the part wasn't supposed to be funny in that way. The enticing little song you hear bits of in the trailer turns out to be the entire song, sung over and over until you want to shout out: "No mas, No mas".
Hey, that reminds me of.........the first version of "Dune", regular cut, not the director's cut. This movie was so badly edited that it lost even people like me who had read the book 4 or 5 times. During the last half theu decided to try to brush over the deficiencies by playing the same theme over and over so that the viewer will surrender long before the house Corrino does, The only redeeming parts of the movie are Patrick Stewart, and the part where Alia the abominal pre-schooler gloats over the death of the Baron.

I think fallout had a line referencing that quote. |

Duke Nieukem actually. |
It was actually in both. That one of the most famous lines that hardly anybody knows the origins of -- back when I made the I'm With Stupid poll (whatever happened to that, anyway? did it just die of old age or something?), one of the questions was "what movie/game originally had the line 'I'm here to kick ass and chew bubblegum, and I'm all out of gum?,' and nobody responded with They Live.
The Fallout line was a lot more difficult to get, though -- I think you needed 16+ intelligence for it to be a dialogue option. There's no need to give Duke Nukem ridiculously high stats to get him to say the line.

How about this gem |
Hell, I might as well just get him I'm Gonna Get You, Sucka while I'm at it.
Which, come to think of it, isn't that bad of an idea, especially considering that Starship Troopers 2 will probably be half-price by the time that Christmas rolls around and I need to get him another terrible movie.
