Yugoslav troops enter formely occupied zones
Yugoslavia celebrates gaining both of the occupation zones! Peoples of Yugoslavia rejoice since this is cleary the sign that UN recognise the righteous cause of Yugoslavia. Now enveloping Trieste, Yugoslavia is finally complete in it's borders. Italians show to be unhappy, but Tito promises rights for them - they will bilingual documents and signs for them, they will have the right to use their mother tongue, and if they wish to leave the country, they will be allowed to go to Italia. Tito immediately directs enlarging shipyards of Trieste, Koper and Rijeka, in an effort to become a huge competitor in shipbuilding. Austria complains that it is landlocked by this action, but Tito promises to resolve this issue to mutual benefit.
Public works policy progressing well

Marshall Tito visits brave Yugoslavian miners
Railroads and road networks are being built across the country. Tito unveils ambitious plan that will connect every major city in FPRY with railroad by the spring of 1953, increasing transportation and economy sharply. Much of needed preparations has already been laid in following months. Unemployment is almost nonexisting due to this policy.
Newly aquired loans are poured into before mentioned development of shipyards.
No collectivisation, says Tito, Party without comment
"There is no need to collectivise, as many of our neighbours do. Communism that they are pursuing is wrong. We will persue it in our own way." Tito is rumoured to be working on a new draft for the constitution that he will present on next annual Party Congress. Western analysts take this as an interesting example, since collectivisation is one of basic characteristics of other communist states.
Hunt for Stalininist agents continues
Dissent has already fallen sharply, and most of Stalinist agents have beem arrested. However, Tito has ordered the Secret Police to stop hunt for possible capitalist agitants, claiming "If there were any left, they wouldn't dare to usurp us." Party claims that dissent will decreased to minimum levels in a year.
Living conditions slowly decrease, Party vows to increase them in near future
People claim that they have experienced minor negative changes since last year, and the changes were negative. Party promises that living conditions shall improve, step by step in near future. Party also points out that unemployment is gone, so the people tend to trust Party, and no additional dissent is experienced.
Slow economic growth experienced
Comparing the data, it is clear that our economy has grown a little, but overall, this is a minor change to last year. Tito promises increased economic growth once the railroad network is finished, analysts to not approve or disapprove his comments.
Army stationed in NorthWestern parts
Army has been transferred to republics of Slovenia and Croatia, especially in previously occupied zones. Some just say this is fear form eventual Italian attack. Most people do not comment this fact.
FPRY starts opening of its borders
Yugoslavia has started number of reforms that will allow peoples of Yugoslavia to traverse more freely, even visiting western block countries. Update on this reforms is awaited.
Diplomacy
Envoy to Austria: Yugoslavia promises Austria access to port of Trieste under several conditions: Austria will respect rights of Croatian and Slovenian minorities in its borders. Railroad shall be constructed to Trieste with cooperation of both sides, and in exchange for economic cooperation of both states. We find this agreement reasonable.
Envoys to Greece and Turkey: Yugoslavia increases work on assembly of defense pact between these three countries. Much of diplomatic effort is spent on this project.
Relations with USSR and Stalin remain strained.
Envoy to China: SECRET - We see that you are making some improvements to communist system as we are doing. Do you really wish to seek to be dependent on USSR in future, or are you willing to be a power for itself? If you do not plan to be totally dependent on USSR Yugoslavia will be interested in political and economical cooperation.
Envoy to Finland: Yugoslavia offers exchange of students and engineers in an effort to improve relations.
Envoy to East Germany: SECRET - We are interested if your relation with USSR is permanent, or can succumb to certain changes.
Envoy to USA - SECRET We are sorry if you are totally uninterested in our proposal. It seems that you are not interested in paving the way for communist states breaking up their relations with USSR and perhaps even joining other, western, associations. It seems that you are not interested in communist state, that decided to break up with is main benefactor and seek friendship with enemy of its idealogical allies. We will not convert to capitalism nor shall we host free elections - Hitler won the elections too, and we certainly want that to happen. Will of the People is expressed through the party. We want to point out that we stayed neutral regarding Korean war, unlike Soviet bloc, making a huge favour to Western powers. Althrough we are obliged to condemn Cuba invasion, we shall not comment it, if you change your mind, and promise us military support against USSR. We would also be very grateful for further technological and economical help you can provide to us. You should notice, while we are not capitalistic, we plan to make numerous economic reforms in our system, and we have declined from collectivisation policy already. Our longterm plan might include opening markets to western products, in case you provide us with support.
Regarding your last update foolish_icarus, diplomatic rift with USSR opened in 1948, I am just following the Real Life policies - for now

As a symbolical act a new combined collective for Ironworks is being built at the Oder river, right at the new border to Poland.
In related news, Berlin still doesnīt reckognize the Oder-Neiße border to its Eastern neighbour, which leads to cold relations both politically and economically. The SSSR, for now, ignores the conflict and plays for time...

Once again our peaceful country asks for its right to be acknowledged all over the world. We especially condemn the Western German efforts to undermine our national integrity. They claim the sole right for reunification, but on what basis? We have elected our own leaders, as the UN Charta guarantees each peopleīs right of self-determination.
On our long road of reparation of the devastated relationship between the German people and the world we need your support! Weīre willing, but not able to play the role that is our destiny.
Help us! Acknowledge our country, thus acknowledging our currency, thus making paying economic reparations possible for us!

Agriculture: Efforts continue in seeking the betterment for the livelihood of the peasants. Other than those previously mentioned, wine grapes are now also included on the list, for they grow best in certain habitats (poor soil, arid to semi-arid, temperate to sub-tropical, etc.) where yields of other crops or plants are often poor.
A large army corp of construction and agriculture is created in the province of Xingjiang (the western most part).
Industries: Heavy industries are still a priority, however certain traditional, high valued arts and crafts, such as china and silk, now receives more attention.
City development: Ports and other large cities in the SE coastal region will receive priority development. City plannings are underway.
Military: as the situation on the Korean Peninsula stablised, a general demobolisation in the Manchuria area is ordered. On the other hand, a good level of readiness and slow buildup is maintained in Fujian province (across the strait from Taiwan).
The size of army is being slowly reduced in favour of increasing the overall military effectiveness. We are attempting to purchase some new USSR jet fighters.
International: DDR and the unified Korea is recognised as sovereign countries. A codial relation with the USSR is maintained, although priorities are given to establishing relations with neighbouring countries in South Asia (India and Parkistan) and SE Asia (North Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.) and Oceania. Strongly denounces the invasion of Cuba.
SECRET - to Yugoslavia: we are very interested in establishing closer ties.
Intelligence/Counterintelligence: concentrates on counter-revolutionary efforts conducted by imperialist countries headed by the USA. Anti-KMT groups and CCP sympathisers are actively sought and/or promoted in Taiwan.
R & D: SECRET current concentrations are on the A-bomb and ballistic missiles Non-secret: generic improvements on power generation and industrial technology/machinery. Current efforts of recruiting Chinese scholars and reseachers continue.
Railways: one connecting the province of Tibet is planned.
