I agree with Arrian.
Pride goeth before the fall, I guess in CGN's case it cometh after as well.
Suck it up and get this game moving again. One turn or 5 more isn't going to hurt GCA a bit.

My post at the UN. This is really, really getting to the point, that I'm about to say F*ck it and just end this game, here and now

then you should have made every effort to contact CGN and ask about peace THEN and THEN, after the 5 turns of no Action, then asked for and surely gotten peace. Instead, you want peace as soon as Micco is disbanded, citing that you haven't had any war contact at all. IMHO, that is taking advantage of a loophole in the ruling and not abiding by the spirit of that ruling.
Of course, if you HAD done those things, I would imagine that your GWT Partners wouldn;t have been too happy. But, it would have then been your legal right to do, as stated in Mongoose's Ruling.
So, we are at a quantry, do we go on, with this, either arguing (or having discussed members leave because they are tired of it) or are we going to play. Are you going to abide by the spirit of the ruling, or are we going to have to deal with further "interpretations" futher down the road? Or is it just better for all parties to leave this game and go on to better things, so that they don;t have to worry about this in the future??
Personally, I would like to continue, as I have sacrificed a lot for this game (including my 8 year relationship with my Domestic Partner). But, I'm getting close to the point that I can take it or leave it and I know, that I'm not the only one on my team, who feels the same way, either.
We can either let this game self destruct, or play.
Your choice....

I agree with BF, the time for our consuls to be silent has come and gone. We need leadership communicating to CGN and to the other teams to work through this situation. Clearly this egg Mongoose has layed is not golden. This game is nearly finished due to the immaturity of GCA and CGN, and I don't think Poly and GWT's efforts should be wasted so cavalierly. Unfortunately someone is going to have to swallow their pride, but neither team is likely.
Proposal: CGN agrees to offer peace next turn. A slight compromise, but mostly on CGN's part.
Frankly I think both teams should be removed from teh game altogether, it would right at least some of the wrongs.
We need leadership.

The other possibility is for GCA to use it's War Elephants; but do they want a GA now when they have such a small Civ? But, that's just peace with GCA. Peace with GWT is not due right now...or is it?
