This thread is an official thread, so please don't spam.

The idea is that whenever we have a specific question for Drogue, we post the question in the proper place, and then bump this thread with a link to the post where the question is. The rest of the time this post will gradually sink, until we need another ruling.

Allowed. Hab complexes are quite clearly for growth over the pop limit. If you don't grow while over the pop limit, you don't need it, so can sell it.

Yes. It's not banned by the rules, and doesn't seem like any huge exploit to me.

Can't you get funny terraforming like farms on rocky by using the automated formers?

Oh okay, I don't see much of a big deal with roading/mining the volcano as it's only one square. I was thinking you wanted to farm wierd places or something, or do the roading fungus thing that was talked about in the Cycon forum.
