Possibly not. But I don't know if you can claim that the Iroquois were any less warlike than the Maori

Again, this is not to claim that indigenous peoples were any more brutal than Euros. In fact, you can make the claim that the Euro governments were a lot more brutal than the average tribal leadership and I'd probably agree with you.

It's simply a matter of governments directing the use of force more to their own ends in more "advanced" societies.

OTOH, he has been allowed a very wide release as theatres across the nation have shown his films.

Coulter has been denied national release and relied on internet channels in order to espouse her drivel.

I would argue that denying a complete channel across the nation amounts to more severe censorship than regional or local decision about what theatres are showing F911.

I refrain from such judgements. MM on the surface does embody those symptoms but far be it for me to label him such as I am not a health professional.
