1. I have a lovely, brilliant little girl in addition to my lovely, brilliant wife.
2. I have performed a corporate takeover. Corrolary: Though I'm 37 years old, I have never had to go on a job interview for a "real" job.
3. I believe in nothing but myself. Oh, I have opinions and "rules of life", things like that, but actual rock-solid belief? Naw, not for me.
4. Until the age of 4 I had my own language, one that could only be understood by my brother. "Una gatta byttie tow" meant "I would like to eat... NOW!", stuff like that. I started to speak English only as I started to read it. By the time I was 7, however, I was reading HG Wells, Lords' A Night to Remember, stuff like that.
5. My two year battle with my parents. However, I must grant that is probably only interesting to those involved by now.

1) I'm also very loyal to those who are loyal to me. Betray me and I have an incredibly troubled time ever forgiving you.
2) I respect people the most when they want to achieve knowledge without sophistry.
3) Few people ever get to really know me.
4) I've given birth to a very intelligent son who consistently scores in the top 5% on nearly every test he's given./
5) I've married an incredible wife whos often gotten others to do...favors...for us with just her beauty.

1. I suffer from a severe form of depression and ADD. The only reason I haven't committed suicide is my mom. I'm in treatment, but without much success. My depression pretty much defines me, which is sad IMO.
2. I love cats and I understand how cats communicate with humans. I'm not Doctor Doolittle or anything like that, but I feel I have a bond with cats that most people don't have.
3. I'm a bit of a philosopher. I have my own, well thought out, personal belief system about life, morality, and of course, politics. I'm not sure many would agree with me... religion is bad, drugs are good. Most of you are familiar with my views.
4. My family history is quite unique. One half is Yugoslavian (half Serb, half Croat), and one half is mixed (half American mutt, half Macedonian). My grandfather is 82 and still works full-time. I'm 24 and I can barely leave the house without having problems with anxiety.
5. My father had a stroke when I was 6... in front of me while he was making dinner for my sister and I. I'm sure that had a big hand in causing many of my problems. My father has aphasia, but he's alive. He is currently dealing with heart failure, but his health has improved. I feel like I never really knew my father because the aphasia affects his speech in a major way. He has trouble getting his thoughts across at times. He's retired now because of his health and he and I spend a lot of time together at home. He's a huge Cub fan and I want the Cubs to win the World Series because I know how happy it would make him.

1. Most of my friends say that I am the smartest most well read person they have other met. Still, I can drink half of them under the table, and those I can't only because they started there. My intelligence is underestimated only because I prefer it that way and have developed a personality and habits to cover how nerdy I actually am.
2. Married to a very stubborn, self-directed, egotistical woman... and despite what I may say, and how much we argue, I wouldn't have it any other way.
3. When around the house I always have a 70lb. german shepard at my side, a drink in one hand, and notebook nearby. The dog for companionship (I hate feeling lonely, but like being alone), a drink for a trip (the stress of life can get too much for me), and the notebook for one of the projects I am always working on.
4. I have learned to control my emotions, and rarely get mad or sad. This, however, causes stress that I don't even feel but has manifested itself in physical maladys such as migranes, shingles, and occasional rashes.
5. I have a good memory, sort of... I can read a book and tell you were certain passages are, I can drive to somewhere once and get back there years later, however I can never remember ppls names. Which is odd because most ppl get fustrated with you if you can't remember their names, but I get fustrated with people when they can remember what I told them last year.
