How is it not?

Child molesters often molest their own children. Once they've gotten to the point of seeing children as sexual objects it's not that far to doing it to your own kids.

Not to seem to defend child molestors, but that doesn't seem like good logic to me. If that were true, couldn't the same be said that once people start seeing adults as sexual objects, it's not that far from raping their siblings?

The point is that having sex with children is already so far out of "normal" behaviour that it's unlikely to make much difference whether or not they're related to you...

Because their own children are easily accessible. Siblings sometimes masturbate in front of eachother too...it's often not that uncommon when there are similar ages. Your comparison to adult siblings doesn't really work because other adults are easily available.

That wasn't the reasoning KH gave, he says its because, essentially, they get a taste for kid flesh and are ergo will see any kid as sex object.

But I agree with you in that easy access to their own kids makes them the more likely to molest them. I just think KH is putting the cart before the horse, because I think that most child molestors who molest their own kids have done it to their own kids first (and often, exclusively).

Child molesters are child molesters, this lady isn't a child molester. Her "victim" wasn't 7, he was 12, and mature for his age it seems. It was consenual, therefore shouldn't have been a crime.

Weird, and shunnable, but not a crime.

Hell, I know some middle school teachers I would have liked to hook up with.

I'm not sure if that's always true. I think many molesters so have an emotional attachment to their victims and therefore it's not just "any child" to them. Certainly, convicted molesters have spoken of "loving" their victims.

He is unemployed and is working to get his GED. It's not that hard to get a job at a fast food restraunt at least. Or a stockboy. He's messed up. Whether it's because of her, or something else, he's obviously pretty messed up right now. And I don't see how he's really supposed to be mature. Yeah he got her pregnant so you could argue physically, but I could get girls pregnant at that age and I'm sure many other guys could too.

She's a child molester, and in many jurisdictions is in the "worse" category of child molesters (if you do it to somebody under 13 many places look upon it more severely).

The law is there for a reason. Me ****ing a 12 year-old girl would not be a consensual relationship. It would be me taking advantage of her, no matter how much I got her to say "yes". Children that age are legally and morally incapable of forming the requisite consent to sexual acts.
