hangover never was a problem. i slept through it all

tomorrow is my first job interview. hopefully a reason to cheer, possibly a reason to drink because of frustration... either way: alcohol will be flowing

speaking of interviews: if they ask you: "name us 3 weaknesses"... what am i allowed to say and what not? something like "i'm a messy person" may not be the best idea. nor "i don't have any flaws". are there any things that can be said which have both positive and negative tone. eg: i get unpatient if things aren't moving as they should.

I'd say that you should be honest here. Assuming it's a job you feel you're well qualified for, you should just go with who you really are. When I interviewed for my current job (a promotion, really) I was asked the same question. I told them I'm an organized person in terms of filing and whatnot, but not necessarily in terms of clean desks.

Good "weaknesses" can also be things that, in another light would be positive. "I can be overcompetitive at times" is one of them; "I sometimes focus too hard on what i'm doing and don't see the big picture" is another. Mostly, be sure you have an answer for "What will you do to fix that flaw" or similar question.

1) I need experience in the real world and Mr. X, who will be my supervisor here, would be the ideal mentor for me

2) I tend to work too much and neglect family obligations. Can't keep track of the time because I enjoy concentrating on the work.

3) I tend to nievely dive into team situations without regard for who gets the credit

bs like that always made me like the candidate

The guy who interviewed me for the job I'm doing now asked me what my worst attribute was, so I told him:
"I can't resist taking the piss out of such a question. I could easily say 'I'm a workaholic' or 'I get annoyed with inefficiency', ya de ya de ya, but the truth is every interviewee expects that question and will have a nice wee lie prepared and ready to pull out. So I guess my worst attribute is being honest."

He gave me the job.

news to the world: after being bullyed by the mayans to loose 2 cities, the dutch (now with long and hard woody sticks) will reclaim HorseHill. only defensive units have been moved into position and the military units will NOT enter mayan lands and will NOT attack unless provoked. they will NOT go further than the hills and no mayan worker needs to worry about any dutch unit.
