That's the problem. And that's what helped me go off. I hated smoking so much that when i finally went off, it wasn't as bad.

Actually at my uni, smokers seem to be in the minority. Only one guy on my floor smokes and in the student bar, you only see a handful of people with cigs. It's quite a refreshing change from the local clubs where everyone is smoking.

Now the not drinking....that would be far more difficult. Teetotalers aren't unknown but drinking is just simply everywhere here.
