(from what I have seen, Weed is like Alcohol, once a week isn't too bad, 3 times or so is pressing it, everyday and you are trouble (not being able to go 4 hours without smoking up and you are deffinitely in trouble))

He has tried alternatives, he was on Paxil and God only knows what else (flashback to the typical drug ad where the spokesman quickly and quietly runs down a list of nasty sounding side effects and pot doesn't sound bad at all )

He was going to play and decided not to shortly after being informed he failed a third test which carries a 4 game suspension. All I can go on is what he says...

I didn't read the whole thread, so forgive me if I'm being reptetive.

I wouldn't start smoking weed Diss. If you had a problem with drinking and it made you suicidal, then definitely don't start smoking weed. I don't think it's worse than alchohol, in fact the opposite. But it is easy to develop a dependency on marijuana (and likely if you've had a dependency on alchohol to prove a disposition for that sort of thing), I've had many many friends who have done so. It won't help you with your social anxiety, though it will make it easier to be content with avoiding social situations.

The most dangerous think about developing a dependency on marijuana is that if you later decide to quit or can't locate any marijuana you can suffer severe depression from the withdrawl. This isn't the physical sort of withdrawl one might see in an alchohol or heroine addict, but a withdrawl from the endorphin feedback that defines a dependency on marijuana. This could be enough to take you from being depressed to being suicidal. Anyone who decides to give up marijuana after a long period of daily use should consult a physician if they see any signs of depression. They will be able to help you directly or direct you to someone who can help you readjust to life without it.

All that said, it's funner than drinking AFAIC, and less dangerous on a per diem basis or used chronically. But it isn't harmless, and anyone with a history of depression, chemical dependency, bipolar disorders, or psychosis should at least think twice about getting involved with it.

weed's just a bit of fun. Who would want to smoke it all day; I wouldn't have any money left if I did. Besides smoking it regularly is way more unhealthy than smoking regular cigarettes iirc. If you smoke it casually now and then it's actually very healthy

ps only noobs with no character get addicted to weed, it's one of the least addictive things I've ever used. Even coca cola is more addictive, and cola costs you more than weed, and is a lot more unhealthy . So quit booze and cola and start smoking p0t!

- Not everyone thinks stoned young males are funny. If you're stoned, pointing at me and laughing, the fact that you're high won't save you. I will kill you where you stand. If you were sober, you would have 1% chance (God's miracle), but if you're stoned, you have 0% of survival (God hates stoners).

- If you come to my house and eat my food without asking permission because you have the munchies, I will kill you were you stand.

- If you are stoned and suddenly become a pacifist and say I'm stupid and you're so intelligent now that you are high, I will kill you on spot. Weren't so intelligent after all.

- If you commit any kind of crime against me or my property, and even if it didn't have anything to do with the fact that you smoke marijuana, I still kill you. You don't run so good stoned.

IF you think my reasons, well I should say the rest of the peoples reasons why not to smoke are valid, well...

There are people who say that pen is mightier than sword. There are people who think, that they can get out of a situation using their intelligence and talk. WRONG. If I need to kill you, little words won't save you.
