No. I don't think you are right. Kids aren't having sex any more than their parents did. In fact, in many instances youth are more chaste then their parent's generation (damn dirty hippies, the lot of them).

I guess it would depend on how many commited relationships a person has been in. There have been long stretches when I've been with only one woman and then there have been a short period where I have been with 2 or 3. Then again I tend to keep in touch with all those I have been with so I may go back to one after a year or so.

I'll accept that -- but I'm betting that that average is dragged downward by the folks that meet their spouse/lifepartner early and therefore only have one or two partners for a lifetime.

and a couple of random points-- I was only counting intercourse but my number only goes up by 2-5 depending on what you count. As an adult I find thatb there us less of the "I'll do this and not that"-- Virginities are long lost so its just a matter of having sex or not.


Oh and sprayber-- I also have ZERO one-nighters . .. Even the encounters that I now look at as mistakes were repeated-- I believe my shortest was a 3 day visit but that was with someone I had known for years and something could have blossomed but for geography.

It's not very late, and not very unusual. I'm 20 and still virgin, and so are a lot of my friends. From what I see around me, kids are becoming sluttier by the day. I remember that when I was 12 (and actually up till 18 ) I wore boring and unfashionable clothes, played football or other sports and I didn't worship some pop idol. Nowadays these little bastards walk around with expensive and fashionable clothes, a brand new costly mofo mobile phone, gel in their hair, and behave differently. They all pay a lot of attention to looks to be part of the 'group'
